hello. i have contracted Zoom webianr and i can't see how to set the simultaneous translation option, so that one of the panelists is a translator. Who can help me? it is quite urgent.I have asked on all the Xoom platforms and no one is answering me, they won't stop referring me to another place.
Hi Zoom support, As my webinar is coming soon, previously I set a rule that anyone registered will send a notification email to our company email address, but recently about 70% of registration are missed. Also, the registration record insides zoom is not updated, for example, i refresh about a whole day in weekend, the number keeps unchanged but I am advertising on the weekend, but when i refresh a few times on Monday then i could see the result of new register number appeal. As there are no way to see the registration detail (with registration question answer) before, so the email notice is very important for us, pls help to assist.
Hello,Sometimes we have a problem when we have meetings or webinars with a simultaneous translator. It has happened to us several times that the audio, in the original language, of one of the participants gets into the output channel of the translator's language. Why does this happen? How can it be solved when it is occurring? Thanks.
Hi,In the dowloaded report, I can not see the name and emails of the respondents , it shows as Anonymous
I am attending a webinar and all other participants are able to see each other but I don´t have the option of turning on my camera. I already uninstalled Zoom and installed it again but the problem continues. I attach a picture to show how I can not select the option I want. Thank you!
I am looking for a way to host a webinar with a number of panelists and allow for a "debrief" or ending conversation for the panelists without participants being able to stay on and listen. Perhaps an "end for participants" or going back to the "practice session" type of situation.
I see there is cloud recording for *OnZoom* webinars, but I don't see the recording in my 'cloud recordings' tab. The webinar was a 'test event'. is this why there was no recording?
devo creare un evento , dove tre partecipanti possono parlare, mentre gli altri partecipanti devono solo ascoltare, e non devono assolutamente intervenire. come devo fare?
Hi there!Has anyone had any experience running a one-day single-track conference on Zoom with the Webinar feature (not Events)? What are the best practices regarding speakers/panelists joining the sessions? How not interrupt the speaker who is presenting at the moment but still let other speakers be on standby?Should I turn off the option "video - hosts" and, when they join, permit them to turn on their cameras? What is important to remember when having a couple of speakers "in the waiting room" (with their cameras off)?Thank you!
Hi everyonei will have a webinar and the client ask me the possibility to have up to 17 simultaneously interpreters.I read that zoom allows 20 interpreters BUT up to only 5 personalized. As default I have 9 languages that means that I can put other 11 languages.. and it is possible only in the settings menu, when I organize a webinar I can only put 5 personalized interpreters with their mail. How can I solve this problem? Thanks
When I try to setup a webinar without registration and authentication option turned off, it asks for email and name when attendees try to join it. How to stop this?
We have using the CSV file exported from Zoom to organize out Webinar Attendees for about 18 months. We save the .csv file as a .xlsx file and import it into an MS Access program. On 18 January 2022, it seems like the phone number field of the CSV file changed. When we import into Access, phone numbers with non-numeric characters like ),-,(,+ the phone number will become a blank field n Access. All numeric phone numbers will import fine for access. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas? Thanks.
I need to find out who actually attended a recent webinar my association hosted. When I generate the Attendee report for the webinar, the csv file includes everyone who registered rather than attendees. Furthermore, in the first column labeled "Attended", it says "No" on every line for every person. Now, I can't differentiate between who attended and who registered. Can anyone help with this?
1. I want to print out all of my attendees and have an ecopy.I can download a CSV but where does that go?2. The information on the webinar pages is so tiny I can hardly see it.Can I make it bigger?t3. In the emails I send to participants, can I add other files? I want to send a bio of the speakers in a small pdf.
We are using it for our team. I would like to use the webinar template used by the suspended account with my new account. How can I do this?
As a result of temporarily accepting the role of organizer for the webinar, disappear my PRO license. Here's how it happened.1)I have a PRO license for ZOOM.2)Approved the request from the host to hold a webinar and granted the webinar privileges.3)After the event, I left the role of organizer.4)My PRO account is missed. Please let me know what the status of the PRO license will be in the above case.

Hello!I would like to upload my webinar registrants into Zoom before the webinar, and not to send them an email with joining instructions as we are managing event communications out of a different solution. Is this possible? Desire to upload list of registrantsDesire to avoid these people having to register again to access the webinar on the dayDesire to avoid sending the Zoom generated email to the pre-registered list i've uploaded Thank you!
We have been hosting webinars at least twice a month for over a year now and have had very few issues with people not getting the reminder emails. But the last two we have had people who used to get the emails just fine now saying they are no longer receiving them. I did look and now it seems like the sent emails are different and include bounce-sg in the domain.

Do Zoom Webinars support a moderator reviewing and selecting questions that are then promoted to panelists? Ideally the panelists would only see the questions that have been screened and not the entire Q&A dialog.
As a regular attendee of Smithsonian Resident Associate programs hosted via Zoom I had until the beginning of March 2022 been receiving notification emails with links to join said programs beginning about 2 weeks before each one. Since then, I have received no such emails, which, according to the Smithsonian, I had and should be still receiving directly from Zoom. My email account is a plain personal Xfinity account, and I do not use personal filters to block or divert incoming emails, nor have the expected notification emails been otherwise directed to a spam folder; they are simply not arriving in my inbox. I am at a loss as to how to correct this problem and any suggestions--especially ones that have been tried and worked in similar circumstances--would be much appreciated.
How can I invite an attendee, and bypass their payment/registration step? Can I provide them with a link that will admit them without registration?
There are over 3,500 municipalities across Canada and that does not include the many Counties and Municipal Service Boards (ie Social Service Boards, Police Service Boards,...) that require the ability to go 'in-camera' to deal with confidential matters. (For Ontario: labour relations, legal advice, security of property, information supplied in confidence...) We use Webinars successfully to have Council Members and staff join as Panelists and the general public attend as Attendees. Zoom Webinar fails when it comes to allowing Panelists to leave the Public portion of the meeting to have a private meeting while the Attendees (residents) wait for them to come back from their private meeting. Currently, Councillors need to leave the Zoom Webinars and join the Zoom Meetings for a private meeting then come back to the Zoom Webinars. I'm not looking to pay a premium for added features in Zoon Webinar but we would pay extra to have this ability in Zoom Webinar.
Is it possible to do a rehearsal of a Zoom Event with your panelists/hosts? I can't see how to do that. ALSO I need to make at least one breakout room for this event - does that mean it has to be a meeting, or can it still be a webinar? I want a small handful of the panelists to be able to go to a breakout for a competition deliberation while the rest of the event is still running. Thank you!
