Has something changed regarding how reminder emails are sent?

We have been hosting webinars at least twice a month for over a year now and have had very few issues with people not getting the reminder emails.  But the last two we have had people who used to get the emails just fine now saying they are no longer receiving them.  I did look and now it seems like the sent emails are different and include bounce-sg in the domain.

    Hi @mcnbhs ! I know it has been a while since you initially posted, but I want to make sure you receive assistance. Please have the affected users double check that they have not added the Zoom email address no-reply@zoom.us to their spam list.
