Problem with Attendee Report for webinar

I need to find out who actually attended a recent webinar my association hosted. When I generate the Attendee report for the webinar, the csv file includes everyone who registered rather than attendees. Furthermore, in the first column labeled "Attended", it says "No"  on every line for every person. Now, I can't differentiate between who attended and who registered. Can anyone help with this?

    Hi-I am in the same boat with webinar. My join/leave times are blank.

    I have the same situation. Did you find out how to figure out the problem?

    I filed a ticket  with the Zoom support team. They got back to me yesterday and said they are aware of a subset of users experiencing the same problem and the engineering team is working on a fix.
