Attendee name not visible in list

Hello All

As of last week (w2) we see no names in the attendee list during webinar.

Where there som changes made? or do i missed some setting?

Please Help

    Hi @MarcD ! Welcome to the Zoom Community. I just realized you didn't receive a reply to your post. Are you still having this issue? If so, please make sure that you have whitelisted all IPs/URLs from our support website on your network.  We tend to see this happening when it is a firewall issue.
