Team, not sure why but as host of meetings I am no longer receiving notifications when people register.Send an email to host is Ticked.I have a valid email address, what do you suggest I do?

Hello! Zoom meetings sent to me from people external to my company are not appearing on the Zoom app or Zoom web.  Any idea why?How can I make sure those meetings appear in the Zoom app (v 6.2.3 that I access on PC and iphone) and Zoom web? Side note - I did see a post about a meeting appearing on Zoom web with "no fixed time" -- and indeed a meeting I created was set to that and I changed it to a fixed recurring time. But the meetings I'm referencing above were not created by me.

Apologies if this is blindingly obvious, but it is not clear to me whether transferring the host to someone other than the person who originally set up the meeting gives the new host access to the recording of the meeting. From how I read the documentation, it would seem not, i.e. only the original host will have access, but that seems unhelpful. We had a recent case in which the original host was sick, none of the co-hosts have access to the recording, and so the recording was unavailable until the original host returned to work. If she had transferred the host when she started the recording, would that have removed the dependency on her to gain access to the recording? Thanks.

I get an error when uploading this pic to my profile.  How do I troubleshoot?  It can be opened in other apps. I get this error:The file you have attempted to upload may be corrupted or using an unsupported file type. Please try a different file.

I was an alternative host on a zoom meeting & am trying to pull a usage report to see who attended. Is this possible? I only see my own meetings...

I just purchased the Translated Captions as an add-on, and I've followed Zoom's standard instructions for enabling these at the account level. However, I haven't been able to use them... when I start a call (I tend to do this from "My Meetings" because I have a set of standard calls I do with clients) the CC button doesn't show any 'carnet' (little up arrow) at all (see below). When I try going over to "...More" and looking for translation captions there, as was mentioned on some of the other posts, there is nothing related to captions or translations there either. I've tried restarting Zoom, and I've tried creating a new meeting (rather than using one of my previous 'set' links). But I can't get this to work!HELP! I really need a solution fast...Thanks in advance!

During my meetings in the Zoom client on Windows 10, randomly I hear "pop" sound effects. I checked and confirmed that this only happens during Zoom meetings. My current Zoom version is 6.2.0Any help is appreciated

AI has started including the following paragraph in meeting notes that have been generated for me:Improving Project Structure and CommunicationThe team discussed the need for a more comprehensive and detailed approach to their project, with a focus on the importance of understanding the customer's needs and pain points. They agreed on the necessity of a more structured and organized process, with clear roles and responsibilities assigned to each team member. The team also emphasized the importance of effective communication and collaboration to ensure the project's success. They ended the conversation with a commitment to work on these aspects and reconvene to review progress.Improving User Experience and StructureThe team discussed the need for a more comprehensive and detailed approach to their project, with a focus on improving the user experience. They agreed on the importance of involving the product team in the process and decided to schedule a meeting with them to discuss the pr

Hello, We have an issue with Zoom phone on our Wi-Fi network and are looking for suggestions. The problem seems to be related specifically to Zoom Phone (as in, there are no reported issues during a Zoom meeting, or any other non-Zoom related network processes) This is an issue we have been able to recreate several times on Wi-Fi (issue does not occur when connected by ethernet) . Here is what happens. If a user is on our wifi networkZoom phone call takes 15 seconds before audio connects (dead silence for 15 seconds then everyone can hear each other)Call drops at exactly 2 minutes (almost to the second).Zoom logs report all green (as in no issue reported) but also no audio data is being sent or received from the user that is on wifi. We've been recommending users plug into the network but thats not always viable. Also this only seems to happen on our wifi (not when a user goes home or off campus). Anyone see something like this before? Any ideas welcome! T

Himy microphone isn't working in the zoom windows app, in other apps it works(for example OBS).i have the latest version of the zoom app: Version: 6.1.5 (43316)latest windows 11 update's when i'm in the settings Audio tab in the zoom app , it seems like it loopback my pc output into the microphone it records the audio of the computer for example if i play youtube video. i tried every possible solution over the netenabling the privacy access to the microphone in the windows setting noticed that the zoom isn't showing there, just showing an app called "NVM for Windows" accessing the microphone while i am using the app (i am using the latest nodejs version if it's related)should there be a zoom app over there?  Thank You

I turned on the "auto record" feature for 1 week because I didn't want to forget to record during important meetings. But it turned out I didn't want it to record as soon as I started to log in.  I want to record when I am ready and when I want to record. However, I could not remember WHERE to turn this switch back to OFF.Can any one here help me?I have combed through the Settings at least four times, and I have not seen anything related to Auto Record. Thank you.

I deployed 6.0.10 to an endpoint with the following... msiexec.exe /i "ZoomInstallerFull.msi" zConfig="AU2_EnableAutoUpdate=true;AU2_SetUpdateChannel=1;AU2_EnableShowZoomUpdates=true;AU2_InstallAtIdleTime=true;AU2_EnableUpdateAvailableBanner=true;AU2_EnablePromptUpdateForAU2=true;AU2_EnableUpdateSuccessNotification=true" ALLUSERS=1 /qn /norestart /log output.log Zoom installed successfully. This version was intentionally chosen as it is slightly older than the current version 6.2.5. The option above AU2_SetUpdateChannel=1 was included as I understand this should install the latest available version. After waiting a few days, nothing happens on the endpoint. Zoom is open and has been running for hours, even overnight. Zoom has certainly been "idle" enough to trigger the update, but nothing is happening. Separely, we also have GPO's applied to this computer (not user), which are shown belowWhat am I doing wrong? The documentation is unclear when talking about deprecat

I've recorded a video and the recording that Zoom puts to download is very low resolution: 640x360pxHow can I fix it?

HelloI there any way to have both a document camera and an ipad connected to zoom at the same time please?

please help! I have had Zoom for 3 years. When I tried to update Zoom, an error arose. So I decided to uninstall the app from my MacBook. Now I want to install it again and I get the message: Installation failed. The installation failed due to an error. Contact the software manufacturer.

Joined a zoom meeting on basic service. Could not see myself on my screen. How do I fix that? I am an Apple person.

I had a recurring link for Zoom meetings within our faith community.  I had meetings scheduled out until the end of 2024 or into 2025.  These meetings are no longer showing up in Meetings tab under upcoming or previous.  I do have the meeting ID.  Is there a way to create new meetings under this same ID for the future?

I added a permanent Zoom room background, but now I don't remember how I did it, and I need to remove it. Can someone please assist me with how?I really appreciate any help you can provide.Mick

Hello, I'm trying to change my setting as an admin to allow my users to share whiteboards with external users but I do not find where to do so.

I'm looking to host a webinar where the beginning introduction will be live. Then I need to play a recorded video in between, and then a person will come on camera and speak live. The video to be played in between should not be screen sharing. Can I upload a video for this? Can this agenda be done?

We recorded a Zoom meeting yesterday and the recording doesn't show in our cloud or local recordings. After looking around our account for a solution,  the meetings tab still shows the "start" button, as if the meeting never occurred. We had the meeting and we know that it was being recorded.  Has anyone experienced this of know how we might locate our recording?  Thanks!
