Solved

Hi, I run a small member-based nonprofit and am trying to offer a webinar series that is free for my members and $10 for non-members. Can't figure out how to create separate registration links to send to these two different audiences. Anyone know how???

I had Zoom 5.7.4 installed on my iPad 4 (IOS 10.3.3). I reset it to give to my sister-in-law. I attempted to reinstall Zoom (now 5.7.5) and now it says I can’t install it because it requires IOS 11 or later! What’s the deal here? Apple won’t upgrade beyond IOS 10.3.3 on the iPad 4 and now I am between a rock & a hard place!

zoom is the #1 video conferencing app as my suggestion I say what if zoom gives a theme?😁

Help!  I cannot figure out why this is happening.  I synced my Office 365  and Google to Zoom, my Zoom meetings are now showing up in my Zoom client, but they are tagged as "not a Zoom meeting."  Any suggestions?

I'm getting this error code every time i sign in or try to join a meeting. All it says is an unknown error has occured, and then gives me this error code. i do not understandCan anyone help ?

When  I  use Zoom meetings to attend a webinar, the first thing zoom takes a really long time to open, during that time it often shows a "NOT RESPONDING" message. After 2  to 3 minutes it opens up and I start to take the webinar, at that time my whole pc starts to lag and becomes unresponsive. Then I try to leave the meeting so that I can rejoin, but at that moment the leave meeting icon starts to hang. I have a windows 7 professional os, with 4GB ram and 280GB storage with intel Pentium 4 core ( the problem persisted with the i3 processor also ). I have kept my pc at its best performance, I have given it a 1GB GPU extra and I also have plenty of storage. Please suggest some solution, it will be really helpful.

Hi there, great that you have a community now. We are currently trying to integrate our Zoom Webinars with Khoros ;-).Part of the issues is that only one person can approve registrants and only one person can see the registration list in Zoom.Is there a way to set up multiple responsible persons for one Webinar, to cover in case of holidays, sickness or worse?RgdsChristian

Video perfect in Skype. In Zoom -- running Zoom 5.75(939) -- the picture is washed-out color, fuzzy, and distorted. Sort of magnified with most of what usually is in the screen out of the video window. Have re-installed Zoom 64-bit on my HP ENVY v7 Notebook running Windows 10 Home Version 21H1 Build 19043.1165 on Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.59 GHz with up-to-date Intel RealSense Camera SR300 Virtual Device driver. This problem appeared yesterday, video was working perfectly the day before yesterday on Zoom. Baffling.

Hi all, Hime-Tama here. I have reached an impasse, and need some advice on this matter. The situation is:I have a Zoom account running on a free plan that is logged into the latest version of the Zoom app for Windows 10. There is someone else in my organization with a paid Enterprise/Business Zoom account, who has scheduled the meeting and given me the Host Link for that meeting. Upon joining that meeting using my Free Zoom account as the host of the meeting, I assign a few Co-Hosts and spotlight both myself and them, one of whom shares their screen. The Co-Host that is sharing their screen also has a Free Zoom account on the zoom app. Then I start local recording for the meeting, from my computer in Fullscreen Side-By-Side mode. The meeting ends after 1hr30mins, and I stop the recording, which is then saved on my computer as the usual "double click to convert". My camera input to zoom comes from a HDMI to USB converter connected to a Sony HXR-MC2500 Shoulder mounted Video Camera

Hi everyone, If I start or join a meeting from a link, is there a way from Zoom's desktop UI to see the name of the meeting or the meeting ID? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello! I need help understanding the video resolutions that are possible to obtain with zoom, with different plans and settings. At the moment I have a free plan, and my video resolution, both sent and received is 640x360, 26fps (verified in the Statistics of the meeting). My camera resolution is  1280×720 with 30 fps. My goal is to have a better resolution for my one on one video calls (two people total in the meeting). I've been told by the support that there was no way to obtain a higher resolution than 640x360 on one-on-one calls, independent of the plan. However, I read in here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207347086:"For the time being, standard video, not HD video, will be activated when 3 or more participants join a group meeting. HD video (720p) will be activated for 2 participants " So it seems that, for free plans with no special settings, we can get 720 for 2 people, but it will be reduced to 640 x 480 if more people join.&n

I'm asking about this from update 5/24-25/2021"Persistent Notification Banners until Dismissed - AlwaysShowIMNotificationBannerDisabled by default, this option will force on the “Show notification banner on screen until dismissed” setting within the Chat settings of the client" I had an idea about what this is but might be wrong.  I cannot find anything in the support section that explains what it is or how to use it.  Has anyone had experience with it? Thank you

@Bort  We have a company account and the company has 2 different brands - is it possible to have 2 vanity URLs on one Zoom account?

I work in a non-profit organization.  We have a zoom account with three licenses.  We have several groups who need host a Zoom meeting at various times.  So, I alternate the licenses between the users depending who needs it for their meeting.  I currently set up the meeting on my account and make them a co-host.  I'm wondering if they (licensed user) were to give me (administrator) scheduling privileges so I can set up their meeting if this would mean they would be the host of the meeting or would it mean I am still the host and they are an alternate host.  Therefore I would not need use two licenses (mine and theirs) for them to host the meeting.

someone enters my meeting and playa po*n videos

Up to how many co-hosts are available? 공동 호스트 몇 명 가능?

Good day! Four of our members in zoom organization are deactivated their zoom account by the zoom. And we already submit an appeal to activate the account last August 20,2021. May I ask, how many days zoom need to review the appeal to activate the account. And also can we ask the specific reason why zoom deactivated the account of a innocent Grade School Student.Thank you.

Please help me, how can I solve the problem Error code 100000404

Hello, we've upgraded Pro to Business account to use it full HD. Could you enable us to use full HD 1080p?

Hi, this is Abhishek from India glad to join zoom community

My Pro subscription ends Sept. 16, 2021. Zoom has offered me a 20% discount to renew for another year. Looking forward to doing the renewal. However, the 20% discount offer expires August 31, 2021. What happens to my PAID SUBSCRIPTION from Sept1-16/2021 if I grab the offer to renew August 31, 2021?

Himy current CPU doesnt support 49 participant viewif I get a new eGPU, specifically a Radeon RX 5500 XT, will that be supported for 49 participant view?

I am a host(educator) of the meeting for the group of thirty participants which are learners. I just wonder if I am able to show only my screen to participants, not sharing their screens each other,so that they can see and share only my screen.

Dear Community, I am quite new to zoom and would need your help. I created a MeetingID and will have a meeting for a lot of  participants. How can I allow all of them to enter the meeting immediately without clicking on each attendee separately.  And my second question: if I already created an ID and would like to upgrade to a payed version, are all the payed features available to the already created Meeting ID? Thank you.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out a way to sync the full global address book in O365 with Zoom.  I've already done the integration per Zoom's instructions, but it only syncs the current users contact list.  From my understanding, this is a change.  I'm hoping we can revert to the previous settings. Thanks,Justin
