Hello, I am looking to find a list of all the CAP phones that are members of call queues. Is there a report that can list these CAP phones and what call queue they are a member of? Thx-Mike 

Does anyone know if I can limit which caller ID options the users can use? I have 4 divisions with 2-5 phone numbers each. I only want them to be able to call out from the main phone number for the divisions. So 4 numbers on the list of about 20. Thanks!

As an internet business with staff that are always out in the field and travelling I find it pointless that you require an emergency home address. Surely if an emergency had to occur and you sent out first responders to this address but the person was not even there, this would be a bigger issue than say listing the fact the person travels extensively and their location changes everyday?   I can understand this for a service aimed at a home user but not a business. Just as an aside other vendors do not require this!

Zoom phone is not ringing on Phone or Desktop app when it is closed. Se we missed the call. Any Idea? 

The Zoom phone's incoming call history is only partially displayed on the Android ZoomPhoneApp, even though it is all recorded on the web admin page. I considered the impact of forwarding calls from the company phone to the Zoom phone, but even incoming calls directly to the ZoomPhone may not show up in the history. How do i fix it?

I just purchased zoom phone basic for A$252 to call AU and NZ numbers. I already have a phone number. I chose the local that starts with +618. But when I try it, it's not making any calls. I can't call any AU and NZ numbers. What's wrong?

Hi All,In Australia, it is mandatory that you notify a caller that a call is being recorded. We're currently using an Auto Receptionist with the message attached to the Greeting option. Once this plays, it then hands off to a call queue to route the call correctly. We have to use an AR to ensure the message only plays once on a call as the call queue does have transferred calls etc going to it. The issue I'm finding is that I'm unable to see how many calls are being abandoned during the message and the extra complexity of having to manage this in a separate space. It would be good if call queues had an option to add a VR message that plays only once on an inbound call. Does anybody have a better way (note I know you can play the message whilst the call is connected but is not suitable). Cheers,James

Hi, all. I am going on vacation and need to reroute my calls to another person on our team. I tried to use the delegate feature and it didn't work...any suggestions on how to proceed? I am the admin.

When a Zoom Phone is answered, there is a long pause which creates confusion.  Either the client will speak while we are speaking, or they hang up, thinking there is nobody there.  Is there a setting that I can change to correct this so there is no pause or delay?

I have purchased a couple of VVX 150 phones. It was my intention that each of these "two line" phones would have a button/ line for the users direct line and one for our main # so that user could either answer the main number if it rings at their line, or pick that line up & use it to dial out.However,  there doesn't seem to be a way to assign our 2nd phone number, which we have purchased (a number, not a user) to those phones? Help!

We recently deployed Zoom Phone...we selected the POLY EDGE e450 as our physical desk phone for those that were not quite ready to let go of a physical device...We are now getting reports that folks phones are randomly rebooting...sometimes mid call...happening in various offices...not at the same time...not on the same network equipment...and not on all devices...just some of them.We have tried swapping phone, cables, network ports and yet some users still experience the issues...We have pulled the logs and given them to both POLY and Zoom...Has anyone seen this issue before?

We want to have what I would call a common area line.We need three to four physical phone handsets (not mobile devices) in different areas of our program which all serve (and are served by) the same phone number. They will not be assigned to an individual (though we could create a persona for them with an email)We want to put these in classrooms so that teachers have a phone on wall they can use in an emergency to either dial other staff for help or call 911.They can't be "hot desk" shared lines where a teacher would have to log in as themselves and we can't afford to buy a separate line for each location.Is there a way to do this in zoom? we had been told there was ...but now the zoom staff seems puzzled by this basic functionality of a business phone system. (This is one of THREE problems, they couldn't answer off hand.)

We have 2 users in an office.  One is rarely in the office causing the other user to frequently cover their extension.  The regular user has requested that the phone of the irregular user forward immediately while still ringing the irregular users extension so they can still answer the call if they are present.Suggestions on how to complete this?

We are experiencing an overage on our phone usage each month.  Can I upgrade only 2 of my heavy users to the prepaid unlimited plan or do I have to upgrade all users from the metered plan to the unlimited plan?

Since SMS is not possible yet in the UK our London sales and service team has been using WhatsApp. We are migrating from Fuze to Zoom phone soon.  The UK team use case is to use WhatsApp Business for SMS for sending leads, lead information, click link messages and some marketing notes to already signed up clients. Anybody done any dev work to do this since Zoom hasn't?

Has something changed with support?  I used to get a response to all support tickets within a day or so.  Now it seems if I open a ticket, it can sit there for weeks with no movement and I have to call in to support multiple times to get it assigned to someone who can begin to assist me.

I'm enabling local survivability using ZPLS module, its registered and good with its service stats. I'm now finding the option to add SBC under its routing tab as per the guide given in the following link. Unfortunately, I don't see that SBC option.
