Hello, is it possible to create a voicemail directory search space so when callers reach the directory, they can only search for users (by name) within said search space?  

From the desktop application, is there a way to monitor the status of desk phones? Right now under Contacts >Desk Phones, it's showing all phones status as "Offline"  

Using Poly Edge and VVX phones. Users are setup with their own voicemail box and also have access to a Call Queue voicemail. When they go in to their mailbox to listen to messages, there is nothing that says if the message was left in a users voicemail box or a call queue mailbox. If using the Desktop or Mobile app it says what mailbox the message was in. I know we can turn on voicemail to email notification that will show them as well. But some users still like using the physical phone. Anyone experience this or find a solution?

Hi Team, We have installed few Common area desk phones and they are the member of Call queue, now i am trying to set caller ID for them but in Zoom changing caller ID is only available for Zoom client, not for Desk phone,  Do anyone know how we can manipulate the caller ID or we can to the routing of calls and number manipulation after dialing ??.

Has anyone figured out how to give department managers access to their employee's call logs? I'm not talking about queues and queue users, as I know this can be obtained via the Analytics Reports. It seems like a shortcoming that we cannot grant managers access to their employees call logs and/or have reports that can be run on their employees, but rather an admin has to extract this information for them on request.  Additionally, if there was a way to extract this data via an API we could just import it into our own SQL database and create our own reports, which is what we did on our previous phone system. 

Our SaaS business is selling priority support for our enterprise clients.We have an IVR set up with Sales & Support keys. I would also like to have the possibility to have a priority line, "skip the line". Are there ways to build this? A few ideas that crossed my mind:1. Have a call queue (or shared line group?) with an Extension number; pass that extension on to the client. They can enter this in IVR instead of choosing a key. Then they are routing to the Seniors in my team dealing with enterprise.2. Have a dedicated phone number that is not published on our website. Can I have 1 call queue/team that is fed by 2 phone numbers, where 1 phone number takes priority over the other?  Additionally, if the customer would like to stop using the Enterprise packages, ideally I would also like to remove their access to the priority line. 

On the app, if I scroll through history and accidentally tap on a name..... the app immediately starts dailing.  Is there any way to disable this and "confirm" that you want to initiate the call? 

how do I save a zoom call live transcription?

I use Zoom for the softphone for work.  I also use hearing aids.   Since my audio device is a hearing aid and not a headset, for the android zoom app to use my hearing aids as the audio out I have been needing to Enable ConnectionServices. (More>General>Enable ConnectionServices) because for some reason the app does not just use the default system settings.  in the latest update this option is no longer there. I have searched all around the app for this setting to see if it has been moved but it is not anyplace I can see.   I really do need this option to function. Thanks!

I have a Zoom Phone - Sales user wishing to play a recording to active call when ever they reach a clients voicemail. Is this a option available for this, if so it work with soft phone or require hardphone for button bypass for speaker to microphone.

[Unfortunately, I haven't really found anything about it here or I'm blind in both eyes - ]I have an Android tablet (S6 Lite) with Android (13), which is fully managed via MS Intune. An App Protection Policy has been rolled out on this tablet to protect the company data.I have installed Zoom for Intune so that the app interacts with the Zoom app. So far so good.I was also able to make the desired settings via a configuration policy. When I want to log in from the app via SSO, the Edge opens as a managed browser. Until then, SSO also works. But when I press the button to start the Zoom for Intune app again, nothing happens.In the app, under "Data Protection" in "Select apps to exempt", us.zoom.videomeetings and us.zoom.videomeetings4intune are stored.Does anyone have experience with such a scenario?Thanks for your help!

We are in the process of transitioning to zoom phone.  I find it odd that we are able to upload custom hold music, etc, and not able to provide our own ringtones to our users.   Am I just missing this option somewhere else? or does Zoom support custom uploaded ringtones at all?

Hello:I am a new customer to Zoom Phone and plan to port numbers to Zoom. The Porting Form asks for a BTN. Our current phone bill doesn't show a BTN. I've asked my provider (Century Link/Lumen) how to obtain one if it isn't listed. Their reply is that I may just have to skip that step in the process. Not sure how to proceed. Thanks!

I haven't been able to find a voicemail retention policy configuration page.  Also, I haven't found any support pages describing the defaults of a policy.  Does Zoom Phone have a default retention policy for voicemail messages?  Is this a roadmap item already?  Thanks to anyone who might have something to share.

I have the zoom basic plan and the Zoom Phone US & Canada Unlimited Calling plan, and I am looking to set things up for a small team of up to 3 or 4 outbound callers. I would like to setup dispositions for the end of each call e.g. "Interested", "Meeting", "Not Interested", etc. Maybe this could be done through tags as well. It is hard to track the outcome of calls without this. As of right now the zoom phone resets to the dial pad when it a call is completed or dropped. Hello,  I'm having a problem with screen sharing for a while. I have Samsung galaxy s9 ultra tablet and I already installed Zoom. When I want to sign in with my university account, zoom opens it only in web site. The application won't open no matter how much I wait or press the launch meeting button. At last I have to press join from your browser option and when I do so, there is no share screen option in the bottom.  I already checked my in meeting settings and share screen is available and I tried Uninstalling the app and clearing the cache options a few times. I also tried singing out from my account completely and singing in from the beginning... Nothing worked. I have a Samsung phone and when I try to do the same with my phone, there is no problem. Hi, My contacts for Zoom phone do not sync between the phone I use for work and the desktop app. If I create a contact on the phone it will not appear on the desktop and vice versa. is there anyway to update the directory for either or turn this on to auto sync?

I'm a longtime Zoom user.  Last week added the $15/month phone service.  Talked about dropping the ball.  Even after spending 1 hr wading through the community fixes, I'm still not able to make a phone call.  And I'm not going to spend more time figuring it out.  So long Zoom.

Wondering if there is a way to minimize the Zoom Assistant while you are on a call.  We have it docked so that it collapses when off a call, but would like an option to get it out of the way while on a call too.
