Zoom Phone Contact list disconnected from Outlook

Hi,

 

I created a ticket three weeks ago. The contact list is disconnected from the outlook contact list which makes calling anyone outside of organization impossibly annoying.

How can I escalate the Ticket or get ANY SUPPORT?!
