I have a rejected campaign. I see the "create another campaign"  button however it is not accessible. Should I delete the rejected campaign as it not letting me edit it? And if I delete the campaign will the Brand stay or will I have to re start the Brand process ?

Calls which are routing through from my Zoom phone "landline" to my cellphone from Zoom Phone are not ringing through audibly. They are going directly to voicemail, which is also captured in an email. I can't find how to have Zoom Phone calls have an audible ringtone. I would be grateful for any suggestions. I’m a single person in my business. I’m trying to set it up so that when people call my number they get an auto attendant and can press 2 to leave a voicemail for me. I had to assign my number to the auto attendant so it would answer first. So my single user only has an extension. I got approved to send texts and I assigned the sms campaign to the main number which is the auto attendant. As a result I can’t seem to text from my user account as it has no number. What is the best way to set this up so I can send texts from the main number and have that number answered by the auto attendant? Thank you!

I created a new Zoom phone account yesterday and set everything up, including downloading the app for the PC & iPhone. I also setup my VM message. Unfortunately, I have been informed I have received at least 3 calls today that did NOT ring to my phone or PC. There is NOTHING in my call history and their voicemails are not appearing for me to view / listen to. Please help!! I have tried calling Zoom support but apparently there is zero support for their phone system. This is a business line that I need to get working ASAP!

I was wondering if Zoom Phones supported Presence-based routing for Call Queues?Where it uses the availability status of members to determine whether a member should be included in the call routing list for the selected routing method.Members whose availability status is set to Available are included in the call routing list and can receive calls. Members whose availability status is set to any other status are excluded from the call routing list and won't receive calls until their availability status changes back to Available.

I have a user that cannot delete voicemails. If you select Delete All, he will receive a message that says something like,"certain voicemails cannot be deleted due to admin restrictions". What restriction is causing this and where can it be set so this does not happen to him? Thanks!

I have a business account with a monthly charge that allows me to receive Phone Chat support. I have been working with the chatbot in the past and have been able to chat with a live person. Lately, I have spent 30 mins trying to reach an agent without success. What I need to do can not be done using email. I need a step-by-step process that starts when one presses the Chat Button in the lower right-hand corner and then lists of questions and answers that will lead me to a live agent.

I need some help. I have submitted my 10DLC campaign 20+ times since March and each time it is getting rejected. It is always something. Lately, the error message is that my website is inaccessible and that there's no privacy policy on it. The privacy policy is huge and printed on the home screen just for the sake of passing this registration. It is also easily accessible, and the website used in registration can be copy/pasted to the browser and immediately pulls up the website. I have had multiple zoom customer service people help and assure me it looks perfect and will be approved. And then, it doesn't. They always say they will "submit a ticket" and that does absolutely nothing. I have to have the ability to text for my business and my clients are becoming frustrated with the fact I cant text back.  What can I do? Is there a manager over this I can talk with? Can I talk to the 10DLC registration committee directly? I really need some help 

Hello. I am trying to update the outgoing caller ID to display our main number when we call out from our Yealink Phones (T46S). Our main number has been ported from our previous phone co. I have found the setting to change the outgoing caller ID for the Zoom app for each user, which worked fine, but that setting does not seem to carry through to the phones.  Is there a way to do this on the phones as well, or is this not possible? Even if I could add the main line to one of the soft keys so they could call out on that line, that would work -- but it only lets me add lines that are assigned to that user, and I can't assign the main number to everyone. My major concern with it not showing the main number as the caller ID is that some phones are showing it as a "spam risk" since it's a Zoom number, I assume. I'm afraid people are just not going to answer our calls. Thanks for any insight!

I am using Zoom Phone. I have turned off AI Call summarization, but I still keep getting the message "this call is being summarized" before every call.  I have checked every setting and I cannot get that script to turn off.  People are hanging up thinking it is a robo call.  I need it off.  Thanks in advance for your help!

How many outgoing calls can a single zoom phone number make at once? For example, if we had a single zoom phone number, could multiple people use that number via different desktops, etc at once to dial out to different phone numbers? Is there a limit to how many outgoing calls can go out at once?  

Multiple people within my team have expressed that they have received calls through Zoom even though they have deliberately marked themselves as 'away'. How do we resolve this?

I added the phone plan to my existing account, but have not recieved anything further? How lond does it take for zoom to get it together once you have paid? 

I have tried everything to upload a .csv file to my personal contacts and I am unable to .  Being told to check file and upload again.  I used the sample download file provided by zoom.  Can someone help me, please? 

I bought a number on Zoom and redirected the number to go straight to my main phone. But can I have it where people calling the new number receives a different voicemail than if they called my main phone directly?

A couple of us in our company are having a problem with zoom phone. Others are not having this issue although it appears ours are configured the same way and are in the same position so they use the system the same way.. When I click the phone number listed in salesforce and zoom phone dials, Zoom forces SalesForce to do a search and takes me from the account or opportunity screen to the Contact screen. Sometimes it can go through several screens to get there and if there is no contact with that number it just kind of leaves me off in a screen showing a list of possibilities. This is a problem because I usually need to be in the opp screen and it can take some time for all the screen switching to occur and then more time to get back to the proper screen. Any help is appreciated.I am using a Macintoshbook Air and software and OS are always up to date. iOS 17.5.1, iPhone 13, Zoom version 6.1.1. Zoom spontaneously called a person (in the recently called list) several times. Has anyone else experienced this? 

We have Zoom Phone and have the app installed on multiple mobile devices.  However Zoom is not listed as an option when tapping on a phone number on any of the devices.  The call goes out via the default phone app on the phone.  Any insight into how we can configure this would be most appreciated.

Hi All, I am halfway embarrassed that I can't figure this out, but here I am regardless.  For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to add an external phone contact to zoom so that it is visible to everyone in our company. Example:  When I type in John Doe Company in the phone app, it brings up the saved phone number for John Doe company, an employee can click on it and it calls externally. The probably is, I can't figure out how to add a new one.  If I want Jane Doe Company at xxx-xxx-xxxx I can add that to my personal contacts, but no one else in the company can start typing jane doe and have the contact card come up for them.  I'm sure there is a way to do this, but I need help figuring it out!

I can't figure out how to set a notification when I get a SMS.

I am the sole user on this account (have a basic license).  I am getting a notification that says the account is inactive and to contact the admin - I cannot make calls. I am the owner and there isn't an Admin as far as I know. I am the only one on there.  Any help on how to fix this would be immensely appreciated!

Hi All, Would need your help please how to set-up the phone module to work properly.I can't make calls, saying "not included in my plan" however my colleagues with exactly the same set-up can make calls.Also for them below the keypad a full phone number appears, for me only 3 digits.If anyone could help would be much appreciated. Kindest regards, M
