Call handling settings not sticking

Any reason why call handling isn't working for some reason? Setting is set for user to forward to voicemail if it's not answered. It works if the user rejects the call, but if they do not answer it only plays the message without going to voicemail. Any ideas?

If your business hours are 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week, check max wait time and when a call is not answered.

 

 

 

If your business hours are custom, you also need to check your settings for closed hours.

Thanks! So business hours is set to 24 hours, 7 days a week they have the wait time to be 30 secs which is standard of what other users have. But how does that affect if the unanswered calls not going into voicemail?

hi windynai,

 

please check the "when a call is not answered" option which should be "forward to voicemail / videomail".  after your wait time of 30 seconds, the call should go to voicemail.
