Zoom Phone Voicemail

After it taking over 6 months to "port" my number from MagicJack to Zoom, the experience has been a dismal failure.   

1. voicemail messages showed up on my laptop for a few hours and then disappeared leaving a message "no data"

2. outgoing calls cannot be made using the app on my mobile phone

Communicating with a tech via e-mail is not getting resolution.   Is there a number to actually speak with a human?
