Sign in to Zoom: Log into your Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to manage the call queue settings.
Navigate to Phone System Management:
On the left-hand side menu, go to Phone System Management.
Select Call Queues from the options.
Edit Call Queue:
Click on the name of the call queue you want to edit.
In the Settings tab, you'll find various configurations related to the call queue, including routing, members, and more.
Cloud Contacts:
To update the cloud contacts for the call queue, you need to adjust the contacts available to the Zoom Phone system. Unfortunately, Zoom doesn’t provide direct integration for "Cloud Contacts" per se. However, you can import contacts via Zoom Directory, which gets reflected in Zoom Phone.
For instance, if you're adding users or departments, ensure that they are synced or added in your directory or that they've been assigned Zoom Phone licenses.
Sync or Import Contacts:
You may need to import new contact lists via Zoom’s Active Directory integration or manually add contacts via the Users & Rooms settings.
Save Changes:
After making the updates, make sure to save your changes.
