When I'm in call, the hangup softkey is on another screen - very annoying as I use speakerphone nearly exclusively.   I read an article on how to change "features.cfg" as a means to remapping these softkeys, but that sounds like something which will be wiped out whenever a provisioning/phone update takes place.  Is there a better way to change the softkeys?

We have a shared phone group for our front reception desk that has a few members of our administrative staff who rotate behind the desk when our dedicated reception is out of the office. Recently, they brought to our attention that they get bombarded with voicemails from the main office line when they have the shared phone group turned off. Is there a setting that I am overlooking that includes suppression of them getting voicemails on top of phone calls when they toggle off the shared group as they no longer need to be answering calls from that line?

We are using ZoomVDI in VMWare Horizon. We have the plugin installed on all client machines and in general its working great.  We have a few requests for wireless headsets. Ive grabbed a Jabra and a Poly headset and both seem to have the issue where the audio works fine but I cannot pickup/end a call from the dedicated button on the headset.  Does anyone have a good recommendation for a headset that is known to work with this setup ?

For Zoom Phone system, how do you turn off the call queue automatically when the user is out of office? Let's say we are using a call queue Monday - FRI with 9AM ~ 5PM. If a user is taking a day off on Friday, I see that we can set or automatically set "Out of Office" status in the Zoom Workplace app. But this does not stop them from receiving the call queue. According to this documentation here, it looks like we can turn on "Allow queue members to set their Business Hours," which will "allow" a member who is off on Friday to be not be in the queue. This is not the case. After testing, even with "Allow queue members..." enabled

One of the departments that I support is moving off of the zoom phone system to the one that I administer for our company. Is there a way for me to forward the 4 the auto receptionist to an external DID? I need to do this prior to porting the number out so they have no interruption. Thank you.

Hello Zoom team, I recently purchased my first Zoom Phone license and set it as the main company number. After that, I bought two additional licenses. Although I received a confirmation email stating that my order was processed and that I could get started with my new numbers, I am unable to see the numbers in my account.Additionally, I have not been charged for these two numbers, despite seeing the invoice on the Zoom website. However, I have not received the corresponding invoice via email.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your prompt support.

Hello - I purchased a Zoom phone to make calls, and send SMS when coaching with clients. Not exactly a "campaign" one can say. My two questions please - 1. My "brand" is approved and active. Do I still need to submit a 10DLC campaign just to send messages? 2. I previously submitted a campaign which got rejected for the following reason. The abbreviations make it difficult to understand what is being said. Can you please explain what they are trying to say. Thank you! "Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign CPBEAES. Hi All, Is anyone aware of a way to set up Zoom Phone so that our users can dial to an extension and their call will automatically be answered by multiple devices simultaneously?  Think of a scenario where the head of security needs to announce something to 3 guards located at desks throughout the facility.  The guards only need to hear the message but don't need to respond.  The new push-to-talk feature would work great if we were using the Zoom smartphone app in this scenario.  However, we're using Polycom VVX 311 and VVX 411 handsets.  In general, is this possible?  If our Polycom phones are the limiting factor, is there a handset where this would definitely work?

Hi everyone. Can someone point me to where I can find the release schedule for Zoom Phone? There was a recent update to the call logs which really threw me for a loop. I found the release notes but obviously too late. I'm mostly familiar with Salesforce where they publish pre-release notes that tell you what's coming. I'm looking for something similar for Zoom Phone so I'm not caught off guard after the next release. Thanks!

Is there a way to manage ownership of those that respond to received messages or calls.   In a team of 8 persons, we are often unsure of who managed/responded to a specific call. Within the Zoom messages, how can we "initial" who has assumed responsibility for any particular call or message?Thank you Zoom communityKenny

I have purchased the "Zoom Phone Australia & New Zealand Unlimited Calling" today.  But when I try to call the Zoom test number 8378 or my mobile phone, it keeps saying "The requested service is not available in your calling plan". Can anyone help me with this? Thank you very much!

On nearly 100% of our calls via Zoom Phone, the audio delay is so bad that it leads parties to talk over each other and is nearly unusable for phone communication. We've been on Zoom Phone for about two years, and it's been this way the whole time. I can't imagine it's this way for everyone, and Zoom video meetings don't suffer from this problem, so I'm hoping there is a fix for us to get Zoom Phone working. ???

I have recently set up the integration with Zoom Phone and Salesforce.  I have been doing some testing with the SMS functionality and have some questions/issues. 1. The SMS messages do not get saved to Salesforce unless I actually go into the record in the Zoom app within Salesforce.  I do not imagine my users will be using the in salesforce app very much because of the other options.  Is there a way for it to force save messages without viewing them in SF?2. The SMS messages, once saved, are not being related to a contact record.  I tested having SF create records for Zoom phone calls, and that seems to relate the task record to the correct contact, but the SMS record doesn't relate to anything.3.  You can change the task subject after the record has been created but once you have another message added to the conversation it changes the subject back to what it was originally.  Is there any way to override this?&n

Hello Members,I bought the zoom package 4 day back for calling plan,everthing was working fine i was able to receive and make calls on my zoom phone app but from today in my phone app it says "Your acount is inactive,please contact admin (code: 1301403).i have done everything talk to a customer care but nothing worked.Please if anyone knows how to eradicate this problem please help.I am not able to receive or make calls. 

We are about a month away from go-live with Zoom phone. In our testing we’ve found that delegation calls with ring all of the delegatee’s devices, including their mobile phone apps. Has anyone found a way to limit this? My concern is bosses lines ringing on their assistants cell phones at all times, including lunch breaks, after-hours and weekends.Thank you in advance!

I can't seem to find out how to use the zoom phone - when I dial an outgoing call, I immediately get a message that says I don't have the correct service plan. I have the Pro License, and the $15/mo Unlimited US/CA. Can someone help?

I have a Swedish Skype number, landline-like, that works with mobiles and landlines in Sweden unlimited, and globally per minute.  Can I transfer this number to Zoom somehow? I cant seem to get in touch with support, so can I do that myself somehow? Or is it easier to use another provider than Zoom and which one then, to transfer my Skype number? Best regards Tor

I'm getting nowhere with customer service. I am a small business owner with one line, just for me. I am still not receiving calls on my phone. When I try to call from another phone number, it goes to an operator and asks for a extension. How can I set this up so that one, the app on my phone actually rings, and two, it goes straight to the voicemail, no operator-no extension. Can anyone help? 

Hi All, I am new to Zoom Phone and must say am not enjoying the experience! I recently purchased an Australia and New Zealand Unlimited Plan, but have not been able to make any calls. Each time I have tried, I receive the following message "Sorry...the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Also, unable to receive calls too! So now I'm confused ( have I not set up properly, am I not dialling numbers correctly?) and worried that perhaps I have purchased an incorrect plan - although I made the purchase after long discussion and upon recommendation of Zoom's sale team. I need to be able to call the landline of my office in Melbourne and vice-versa. I am however currently stuck in Greece (since COVID-19 outbreak) so I am wondering if my physical location is creating a problem. I was told my plan isn't supported by Live Chat. I would like to find out if I can make calls to mobile numbers and landlines using Zoom and if so what are the subscription option.

We have a ticket submitted for this and I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this as new Zoom phone users.One staff member can send and receive sms via Zoom, but most can only send SMS texts outbound.If you had this problem and had it resolved, please share how and how long it took to resolve. Thanks!
