You have allowed spammers and scammers to drop people onto a zoom audience list without their permission. They send dozens of emails, including changes to schedule or changes to title, with no easy way to report it as spam. Annoyingly, the meetings automatically show up on my calendar. I get four or five of these every single day.  It used to be if I saw an email from Zoom, I paid close attention. Now I assume it's spam, which means I will likely miss some notifications from meetings I actually did sign up for. Please, please, please add a button to every single email that goes out from you from meeting organizers that says "report as spam" or "I did not sign up for this" and then take action to shut these people down.

I am writing regarding an urgent issue with a lost conference recording. We hosted an important conference via Zoom which was set to be recorded to the cloud. However, we discovered that the recording has disappeared, and we believe this may have happened due to insufficient cloud storage space. Is it possible to recover this lost recording from Zoom servers? About a month or so ago Zoom updated something and now I can't hear my participants before or after meetings I used to be able to talk with them before class, then I'd mute them during class, and we could chat again afterwards. What do I need to change? Thanks in advance for your help!

This has never happened before, in my meeting last night I could not share my screen. Any clues as to why?

Since Zoom version 6.4.10.2027 and now with Zoom version 6.4.12.2180 on Ubuntu 24.04 my audio settings screen is malformed.For me in Zoom version 6.4.6.1370 is the last version where the audio setting screen is working correct.The problem of the audio setting screen is that the the screen is divided in half because the right vertical slider bar is placed in the middle. Because the screen is cut in half, you can not use the audio setting screen normally. The function which are accessible on the left sight are working normally. How can I fix this problem? Or if it can not be fixed by the community, how can this problem forwarded to technical support. I have a free account.

When I'm sharing my screen during my classes, if the students send chat messages, I am not made aware of it. No sound, nothing blinking, etc. I only see that a student has written something half an hour ago. That's a serious problem for me as it's usually related to something we discussed in class - half an hour ago.

I had a meeting, and I recorded it locally. I have found the recording file (M4A), but I need to convert it to an (MP4), for the attendees need to se it so that they can evaluate the speech that was given. Can someone please help me, I really need this for a speech class that I am taking?

I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 running Zoom 5.17.2My USB Mixer (Zoom L-8) is connected to my Mac (Mac Studio M1 Ultra) and works great until I open Zoom.Once I open Zoom my USB Mixer will disconnect and will disappear from my list of sound devices when I try to activate it.Zoom has permissions to my microphone and camera in the security and privacy settings. It'll work, but just not with my mixer.

Hi,  I am having this issue with audio mix for the interpreter. Some of ours interpreters wont hear the original audio under the selected translation channel form another interpreter. Is there any possibility to "mute original audio" as is in the participant panel?Or an option to contorol the mix (ducker) which interpreter can hear? Thank you,Filip

Hey, people are logged in into their basic account. I invite them as interpreter, they receive a link with url...... double clicking does not result into them entering as interpreter

how to stop camera auto focusing while Zoom meeting ?I do use Apple 5s and Samsung M21A both have the same problem!specially as a teacher when I'm writing on the white board the camera still focused on me..thanks for any valuable solutions 🙂

I have been trying to enable  and utilize the timer app on a chromebook. I have installed the timer, tried to enable zoom apps, and went through a bunch of different methods and can not seem to access timer or any apps in zoom on chromebook. Am I missing something or has anyone been able to find any work arounds to make this work?

I am trying to set up a meeting in Outlook from the calendar page.   After I click on Schedule a meeting, the Zoom - Schedule Meeting window opens with the choice of Meeting ID, security, video and audio settings and then the default is to click save.   Usually that works fine up until that point. Now when I hit save, a new window opens saying to enter a start time and duration for your event so that the end time is later than the current time.  All that I can do is click OK. Then it becomes a blank meeting scheduler as if Zoom is not working.   None of the Zoom info populates. How do I fix this?  I am on the Pro Plan.  Windows 11.  All the latest versions installed.

Summary of Request:I respectfully propose the implementation of a feature within Zoom that allows the host to set "Original Sound for Musicians" to be permanently enabled by default for both the host and all meeting participants, with no need for toggling during each meeting. This should be in the initial setup and emailed as part of the link to our client so that they never have to hunt for or have to change to the "original sound" for this setting.Current Issue:Despite enabling “Original Sound for Musicians” in account settings, users must still manually activate it in every single meeting. Hello,Yesterday I installed Zoom meeting client on a new ASUS Vivobook computer and joined my first meeting. About midway through (after about 20 minutes) little smileys (thumbs-up, baloon, etc.) started coming up the screen in a vertical line from lower right up to a third of the screen. One smiley group would come, then after perhaps a minute another. I left the meeting and the smileys kept coming. I rebooted the computer and uninstalled Zoom client, not sure yet whether the smileys have stopped. It looks to me like a virus (unless a part of your client?). Please advise what to do. I am registered for an EMDR training starting in a couple days. I was prompted to register for Zoom using the email I used to register for my training, which I have. It keeps telling me that I am not a registered applicant but THIS IS NOT CORRECT. I have only ever used this email. My employer changed our email servicer from Google to Outlook after I registered for the training. My email address is the exact SAME. It has NOT changed. Is this the reason why it is not letting me register on zoom? Can someone send me a contact for someone who can fix this? I already contact the support for the people delivering the training but I have a feeling they are going to tell me to reach out to Zoom because it is a Zoom problem. Please do not ask me to contact the chatbot, it has not been helpful at all and in fact, not supported with the type of account I have.
