Hi Zoom community, I'm hoping you can help me with an issue we're experiencing lately. When we set meetings with an alternative host (in the same organization), they use their unique link to enter the meeting. However on doing so they are asked to register and then being told the host cannot register. They are then unable to enter the meeting at all unless using a different email address. Any advice in relation to this issue would be appreciated. Many thanks

Hi allI'm at the end of my tether.Last week any meetings I scheduled appeared in my Apple calendar - I received reminders on my Macs,  clicked the link and signed in - no problem.All of a sudden, this week - none of the meetings are syncing to my Mac - when I use the Zoom client desktop app calendar - there's no link ....what on earth is going on?!!  HOW do I access my MEETINGS!!!!?!! 😩I've spent HOURS on this today - and the customer service is absolutely useless - full of people who haven't got a clue how to help you - and just copy and paste generic answers from a knowledge base!! 🤦🏻‍♀️I'm literally at the point where I'm going to have to look for another client!

Does Zoom have any plans to add automation apis that can be used by the Shortcuts automation system on iOS and Mac OS? I'd like to be able to use that to do things like start a meeting, switch backgrounds based on location,  switch audio/video based on location. An example of this is that I always use a background when calling from home but i don't want to use one when calling from the office. It is a clunky, multi-step process to switch backgrounds. If I could automate this using ShortCuts, I wouldn't need to worry about this. 

Is it possible for me to pull a report of all the zoom meetings I attended? I really need this information

Hello everyone.I hope you all are doing well. My university provided me with a business Zoom account. Everything seems to be in order, but I noticed that the recording button is missing. Is it possible that my university has intentionally hidden this button?I would greatly appreciate your time and consideration in addressing this issue.Thank you.       

Hello Team Zoom, I bought a new Samsung Andriod tablet on the 30th March. Very expensive device.  ZOOM worked fine until May.  I went to China to deliver lectures...not using ZOOM.  This week I needed ZOOM again and it does not work. It does the SSO login and instead of automatically launching the app, it just stops. I press the Launch ZOOM button on the webscreen and NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I am exhausted.  I have: 1. Cleared the cache on Chrome2. Installed and tried to use Microsoft Edge instead3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the apps.4. Did a Factory Reset SEVERAL times in the last 16 hours (including at least twice this morning). Still the same problem.  On my old SAMSUNG Android tablet it works

I recorded a zoom meeting just by clicking on the link provided. It was opened on the browser not via the app. I didn't sign in. After the meeting ends, I close the laptop. Today I opened it and tried to retrieve the video but can't find it anywhere not in documents not in downloads. The only thing I found in Downlaods is a link type Application. 

Is there a way to set up an iphone to auto dial into a zoom meeting without having to also enter the passcode? For example, if someone is driving, can they just click a link that will get them into the call without having to enter a password and meeting code too?  I was told you can program the numbers so you only have to click once on the link and it will auto dial everything for you.  Thanks for any insight you can give me.

I am loosing my ****.  I cannot get this to show up properly when I record my video.  This is for a course and I am so very frustrated right now with this

Hi Zoom Community, I’ve been facing an issue during Zoom meetings where my audio intermittently cuts out, making it difficult to communicate. It happens randomly, whether I’m speaking or listening, and doesn’t seem to be tied to my internet connection as my video remains stable. I’ve tried troubleshooting by restarting Zoom, checking my microphone settings, and updating the app, but the problem continues. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it? Hi, I Always stuck during navigation between rooms and main session for 2-3 mins. I'm in the meeting is in guest session, I have fast internet. Can somebody help?

I recently started using Zoom for my video calls. I have Zoom integrated with Zoho CRM and create the meeting from the CRM. I have SPF and DKIM set for Zoho but the meeting invites are going into SPAM folders. I was previously using Zoho Meeting and never had an issue with meeting invites going into SPAM. Do I need to do a DNS verification for Zoom?

My video is not working on the zoom application, I am on a lenovo yoga running windows 11 with the latest zoom workplace application downloaded. My windows 11 os is up to date and my drivers are up to date. The Zoom application does have access to video in my privacy selection. My camera is working, I am able to use my camera with google meets and with zoom via my chrome browser. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the application and I receive the same result. I also receive a message that pops up and says " Virtual Background is Still Loading, Start Video Anyway?" This message also pops up after I have removed the background, which is a an image, to not having an image at all. Not sure what else to do here.

I have a basic ZOOM account and all of sudden I'm unable to log in unless I use an authentication app ( I don't even know which app!) or a back up code. I've already used (2) of the back up codes provided but I can't use one every single time I need to sign in. This is frustrating because there is no security option to change this. Can any one tell me which app I'm supposed to be using? Did Zoom just do this is to basic users?  Thanks!

Given the importance of maintaining up-to-date security protocols, I am concerned about the potential vulnerabilities associated with using an outdated library.Could anyone provide information on whether Zoom has plans to address this issue in upcoming updates? User from the Unied States is able to join the meeting hosted in Taiwan. Her screen showed Error Code 1142.  I checked “approved or blocked entry for users from specific countries/regions” settings, but it cannot help.  How can I fix the problem?

Previously, HeyGen offered an option to connect the avatar with Zoom, but it seems this feature is no longer supported. Could you please explain why this change was made? Also, is there any way for us to create this integration ourselves, or are there alternative solutions available?

When I share screen in a meeting the screen share can be 20-30 seconds behind for the viewers on the other end. I get 500mbps up and down on my network with about 35 ms ping so I don't believe network side of things is the problem. As for device I am using it is an M1 Macbook Pro I use for work. I also have tried zoom on an M1 Pro Macbook Pro that I own personally. Both should be sufficiently powerful for zoom so I am really at a loss as to what the issue might be. Any ideas as to what I can try or where to look next would be great.

Hi, I keep getting a system notification that says:“zoom.us” is accessing your screen“zoom.us” has accessed your screen and system audio 2 times in the past 30 days. You can manage this in Settings. It appears in the top right corner of my screen. Does anyone know how to turn this off or prevent it from showing up?

We have a VDI environment and all users have the same setups. However i have 1 user who cannot take screenshots of Zoom meetings. When they do, the meeting is blacked out. You can see the Window frame and anything else in the screenshot. This only happens in Zoom. Teams meetings screenshots work fine. Other users with the same license can take screenshots. I have dug through the settings and cannot find anything that would affect this. I close every application on the desk top aside from Zoom to make sure nothing else is stopping it to no avail. Any ideas on what would do this? i have found countless posts of people wanting to do this but nothing on how to fix it.

Hi all, I’m using a new iPad Pro (iOS 18.5) and Zoom (version 6.5.1). In my meetings, I want to share my screen to show a website that includes video and audio files, and I’d like to be able to play them for others in the meeting. Until recently, this wasn’t an issue, but I’m now unable to perform these tasks. The website also includes a feature where I can record myself saying something and then play it back. I’d like to be able to do this during the meeting as well, but I’m currently unable to.
