How can I enable 1024 HD video so my participants can see HD content? I can purchase the business version for testing 

Hello, I work in Executive recruiting and I am scheduling meetings over Zoom for our clients & candidates to meet.  I often times have several (5+) meetings at the same time or overlapping.  I do not join these meetings.  Is there any license or solution out there to schedule multiple meetings at the same time?  We have the Business plus plan and everything I understand, there is nothing better we can purchase to allow this.  Thanks!

I have been using Zoom to teach voice lessons online since Covid, and while there were sometimes some lag or freezing, I could always hear my students sing.  Starting 2-3 months ago, the audio in Zoom became increasingly more problematic, and now doesn't work any more at all for singing.  At present, I am only using Zoom for one student.  We can hear each other speak, he can hear my keyboad, and he can hear when I sing to demonstrate, but I cannot hear him half the time.  The sound cuts in and out.  Why is this?  Something obviously changed at Zoom.  There has been no change to either of our computers.  What changes did Zoom make to audio that created this problem?

Hi there! I’m trying to record a Zoom meeting or webinar to my computer (not a live session — just a local recording), and I need help with the layout settings.I’m using a layout where my silhouette (the cut-out of me without the background) is placed over my shared screen (I’m sharing Canva slides). I love this effect and want only that silhouette of me visible in the recording.However, when I watch the recording, I see:The silhouette of me (which is great)Plus a second box in the top right corner showing my webcam video with a white background (which I don’t want).Is there a way to only record the silhouette overlay and remove that extra video box from the final recording? Or do I have to crop it out myself?I’m not sure what the official Zoom term is for this kind of layout — maybe it’s called "immersive view",

I am using an Android Tablet. I have the requirement to share my screen and play an video (with audio) from a website. When I share my screen, I am choosing the option to Share Audio: ON. However, I am unable to hear the audio. Video is obviously visible. To troubleshoot, I played a clip from YouTube app - I am able to hear the sound and also see the video. However, when I open YouTube on a web browser - Chorme/ Edge, I am unable to hear the audio. I have checked all the permissions for Zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app, etc. Nothing seem to work. Could anyone help?

I need to stress first that I've never had issues with the sound on this speaker before.  But now it seems like no matter what I do, if I try to go into a zoom meeting the volume is to the max.  I have been googling how to fix this and literally nothing does.  Let me tell you what I have tried so far: Went into setting and put the audio at almost all the way down.  Tested the audio.  Still blasting and way to high.Went into sound on my computer with the speaker.  Put it down to 2.  Tested the audio.  Still freakishly loud.Went into sound mixer.  Lowered just zoom this time.  Tested it.  Sound still louder than the music I listen to.  And I listen to rock music. Went into setting on my computer.  Went to the section where I can adjust for apps.  Lowered zoom too what is suppose to be very low.  Tested the audio.  Still so loud I'm afraid my n

I lost live transcriptions of a meeting I held. How can I retrieve them?

I am attempting to update the email address associated with a license on one of my site's subaccounts. Initially, I created a new user account associated with the new email address, and deactivated + transferred the old account's license to the new account. However, I forgot that there was an upcoming webinar still scheduled on the old account, so I deleted the pending user and returned the license to the old account.I then remembered that I could simply update the account's sign-in email to the new email address in user management. However, when I enter the new email address and complete the captcha, I receive an error message saying that "email 'xxxxx' has already been used."I can no longer see an account associated with that email under neither users nor pending users in the subaccount, and I can confirm that the email is not in use among any other subaccounts nor our main Zoom account.Is my deleted invitation to that email address still cached

I need your help and collective wisdom, I am having some issues while sharing my PowerPoint presentations and viewing my presentation notes at the same time (I want my presentation notes to be visible only to me, not to the participants). I have both MacBook Air and mac book pro m3 laptops, I have the same issue on both.1) When I do Presentation View in PPT slideshow options, everyone can see my presentation notes in the side panel. I want only me to see the presentation notes. What can I do to prevent others from viewing them? 2) When I do Basic Screen Sharing of my PPT, I cannot see my presentation notes in the side panel. So when I choose Advanced Share Screen - and make a section of the screen, it appears as a blurry quality resolution for most participants. Hello, Even though my microphone works correctly during meetings (the green level indicator moves and the test microphone feature works), my recordings contain no sound at all.I have tried both cloud recording and local recording → in both cases, the MP4 and M4A files are completely silent.My microphone is not muted during the meeting.I verified that all recording settings are enabled in my Zoom account (record active speaker, record audio file, etc.).I tested with different microphones and manually selected the device in Zoom settings.I updated Zoom to the latest version (Zoom Workplace).I restarted my computer after reinstalling.My network statistics show normal values (latency, jitter, packet loss = 0%).Despite all this, the audio track is still missing from every recording.Can you please help to

Hello So I wanted some people to join a meeting but they can't use internet. In the UK it was free to dial in to a meeting using ordinary minutes on a phone plan. Anyway, I digress. I live in Africa now. The current option is to put my phone next to the computer speaker and they ring me and listen on an ordinary phone call. Not ideal, but it works. Just wanted to ask on here in case there are any other options, like somehow plugging the computer sound direct to the phone. Thanks! 

Does anyone know the correct settings I should have for Zoom permissions to make the audio output work for my headphones?  Zoom tech support does not.   My headphones work for Zoom meetings for people inside my organization, but not when I need to have a meeting with someone outside of my organization.  However, my headphones work for every other application I use. I have a new MSI laptop that this is happening on.  It's running Win 11 and I have Zoom Workplace Pro Version 6.5.7 (9933) I have to keep my old laptop just for Zoom meetings because it works on that machine. (Dell)  I don't know how to check settings or permissions, so please feel free to walk me though this like I'm 2 years old...LOL. Thanks for any help.  

There is a scam going on. They want to send you a zoom link. If you have a PC and you allow this, they will be able to hack into your system and find out your personal info. They cannot do this to a Mac. I always tell them I am initiating the Zoom meeting only. This is happening in the wedding industry but I am sure they are trying other places where you are in position to try to sell them your services. Has anyone else experienced this yet?

I can’t find any meeting list on google or on my zoom app ,im new to the NA online zoom after being sent a link for a midnight zoom meeting,but can’t find any more ,please help 

In a previous version, when you were sharing computer audio only, the "stop sharing" red button was still available on the floating toolbar. Now, when sharing audio, there is no toolbar and the only way I have found to stop sharing my audio is by having to share something else, which is a very clunky and unprofessional workaround. Am I missing something?

 I was online in the car while on a zoom meeting and went to an underground parking. That cut off the mobile data connection for a few moments and went back up after that. And the connection started to go on and off. Even now, whenever I do a zoom meeting, the mobile data connection goes on and off with around 3 seconds interval between an on to off.I hadreinstalled, not working,called network service provider, it suggests I reset network settings, which I'm not doing it yet because I don't want to lose passwords,and then what has been done was I cleared cache and data, but the problem still occursShould I really reset network settings? 

I am a pensioner and have lost most of my savings on an 'investment' scam.I have the Zoom login details of the main culprit.  Is it possible to garner more information about this account?I can provide a request from law enforcement.

I am using Samsung/Android and just today noticed I can't remove the blur from my Zoom background.  I have tested on different Zoom accounts and the "blur" is on all of them.    It is not quite as blurred as the "Blur" option in the "Background & Effects" but clearly out of focus even thoughts I tap "none" .This seriously affects my work so would urgently need help.Has anyone seen this behavior or know how to correct it? 

HI. I'm a paying Zoom user. I host meetings and I allow participants to include their transcription/recording tools such as third party READ.AI and OTTER.AI. For both, Zoom seems to be pushing them out of the calls. I have tried finding a solution online, here at Zoom support, and even tried emailing Zoom, but on the latter, annoyingly, Zoom pushes back my emails with an auto-reply which reads:"This email address cannot be used to create a support case. For technical support, please go to the customer service portal or call.If this is an urgent issue please call our customer service team."and then does not offer a phone number for customer service.  What do I do to KEEP these transcription services connected on the calls (until I manually remove them, if I so desire)? Thank you for your advice. &n

Hi All.I hosted a call and hit the Record button. Simultaneously, a window popped up saying that 'Notebook.AI' asked for permission to record. I thought it was someone in the audience.  I allowed permission. The call proceeded. About a half hour later the 'Recording Stopped' voice played. Okay, they left...BUT, the 'Recording' icon showed as still recording.  My assumption that my recording was still on-going. When the call finished, the recording to the Zoom cloud was absent and I received no email advising me that the recording downloaded.I have checked the Zoom cloud and my hard drives a dozen times with different searches, to no avail. Could the 'Notebook.AI' recording have bumped my recording? (As Host I'm the only person that initiated recording on my end.  Can anyone  shed any kind of light or tell me where else I can search for my recording?Thanks in advance,BD

However, when I try to use them in Zoom (Android and iOS), the app does not recognize them as an available microphone option. Instead, Zoom defaults to using the built-in microphone of my phone, with no way to manually select the LARK M2 as the primary audio input.Steps I've Tried:1. I have meetings set up and will send invite reminders prior to the meeting.  Suddenly some of my meetings scheduled no longer show the Add Attendees button.

I am trying to run Zoom (v6.4.6) on a Linux laptop (running Linux Mint 22.1). It installs fine, but when I try to join a meeting it accepts the password, then asks me to accept the Ts&Cs and then nothing. If I then try and close the Zoom workplace window it asks me if I want to leave the meeting. I never show up as a participant of the meeting either.Has anyone got any ideas?!ThanksGeoff
