In Zoom, enable live streaming of your meetings. Go to your Zoom profile and click Settings.
Now you can host a meeting in Zoom as you would normally do.
Fill in your Streaming URL and Streaming Key.
Click the Go Live button.

Regards,
John

I am new to this technology and was wondering what are the streaming keys and URLs your are speaking of. Where do I get that from? Where in each of my account in each social media platform will I find this information? tytytyt

Which plateform can I live stream from... Restream or Zoom? Most times I stream through my Restream account... and it live streams to my social media accounts, FB, Linkedin, Twitter.... can I add zoom... or instead can I live stream from zoom and restream to social media through Retream?

Have you tried searching on the Internet? 😉
Just a 5-second Google query (“restream zoom”) gave me this result, which seems to answer your question:
https://restream.io/integrations/zoom/
