Is it possible to have a second meeting ID for exclusive use with a select client who is looking for this?

Sorry, I should have been more specific. As I understand it, this important client connects with his Private Bank team fairly often, and with different Citi members on the same team. Every time there’s a different Citi host, there’s a different meeting ID and password the client needs to use. The client is asking if he can have one ID to use to connect to every/any Citi host. I assume not but just wanted to make sure. Thank you.

I think that Zoom ContactCenter would solve this problem, but it’s a product in entirely different price range that standard paid meeting licenses.

I would suggest setting up a meeting with no date or time, so you can keep using the same one and at any time.
If you are ever conerned about people knowing, you can alway change the password in the future.
