Is it possible to have a second meeting ID for exclusive use with a select client who is looking for this?

     You can use your personal meeting ID. I see people do that alot for an exclusive type session with a client. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066271 here is the support article if you would like to read more about a PMI.

    Sorry, I should have been more specific.  As I understand it, this important client connects with his Private Bank team fairly often, and with different Citi members on the same team.  Every time there’s a different Citi host, there’s a different meeting ID and password the client needs to use.  The client is asking if he can have one ID to use to connect to every/any Citi host.  I assume not but just wanted to make sure.  Thank you.
