Some recurring meetings greyed out for participants

Hi there, I have a recurring meeting for next 10 weeks. I was alerted by someone trying to register that some of the sessions are greyed out on the registration page. 

I think this is because it was going over 100 people, so i just paid more to upgrade to 500 people. But when i click on registration, the same sessions are still greyed out. I’ve checked my account and says 500 limit for meetings so seems to have taken effect…

 

Any tips?

    If your licence is applied, then I would edit the meeting and save it agin.
    I would hope that will then pick up the update

    Thank you for this tip - unfortunately i did this and when i click on the registration link the sessions are still greyed out. Here is my account that im sure shows ive got the licence?

    Its interesting though, even before i added on extra money for larger meetings, some meetings allowed over 100 people, like 107. So i think this is the issue, as the non greyed out ones have less than 100. But not sure what to do now!
