Hi, this is the first time I’ve had a downloading issue with Zoom for my recordings. I have a 9 minute long recording that still hasn’t downloaded after 30-40 minutes. Typically never have anything take this long. Is it something wrong with the file or am I just impatient.  Thanks

HI all, I end up manually selecting the vanishing pen about 5 times a day (I draw a lot during meetings). Would be nice if the app remembers the users last used pen style (like it does with the colour), or have a place in settings to configure a default pen.

When virtual background was turned off in earlier versions, it turned off. Then I could hold up stuff before the camera and it would look OK. Now when I turn off virtual backgrounds it is all blue and I can't show anything I hold up in front of the camera or see anything but a blue virtual background that causes weird stuff to happen to my image like disappearing parts of my head etc.  

For sharing docs in a meeting, there used to be two options:  share in the meeting (so, all participants can see the document) and “Share Privately,” so you could view a Zoom doc and edit it, but not have to share it in the meeting.  This option has disappeared for me.  Does anyone know how to get it back?  It was very useful because I’m a music instructor and I would keep the document open on my screen for the entire lesson and make notes, but now the student also has to have it open on his or her screen, which is annoying.  

All of the sudden I’m getting email from “ERS via Otter.ai”  (no-reply@otter.ai). How could the Zoom product possibly allow this to occur without explicit authorization? Bonjour  Ma camera ne fonctionne pas et ce n'est pas la première fois. De puis la mise a jour de zoom , j'ai plus de problème avec ma camera et mon son  et ce n'est pas mon ordinateur qui est le problème. I am experiencing the same issue. The Meeting Tab is completely missing in the updated Zoom app. This entire functionality has disappeared, and it is extremely frustrating.@Zoom – Please address and fix this issue immediately. Without access to the Meeting Tab, I am unable to view or manage my saved meetings, which makes the app practically unusable for me.Kindly treat this as a priority and restore the missing functionality as soon as possible.

How can I available co-host in my meeting? I couldn’t find it as before

I have installed the app and added to my app from my zoom account but I cannot see an icon nor fathom appearing to note take. I even got a welcome email from fathom to confirm that I have added the app. What am I missing here? 

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

Hello dear community.I’m currently planning on making a movie completely over Zoom. Therefore I’ve got a question.When filming, how can I disable my video and call window so only the actors are in the call while shooting but I can record and see them act. I’ve read that Rob Savage for Host contacted the Zoom support for this and got administration rights. But my question is, can’t it be done without all that? I hope so. I hope my question was understandable.

Hello, I deleted a zoom meeting recently but can still access it? Its not a recurring meeting, or a personal ID meeting, and ive deleted it also from recently deleted folder. However im working with an API that is still saying the zoom meeting is active - indeed if I put the details in I can actually join the meeting, even though i’ve deleted it! Any ideas? many thanksChris 

I am using Zoom Workplace app on my ipad mini A17pro.My account is confirmed to be a paid account, but when I start a new meeting, I don't see the recording button.I can only record using Zoom Clips.

 Hey, I’ve experimented with this setup a bit, so I’ll share what I’ve seen.Streaming Zoom directly to YouTube works pretty well overall, but there’s usually a slight delay on the YouTube side (anywhere from 10–30 seconds). It’s not a huge issue for webinars, but it can feel awkward if you’re trying to interact with both Zoom attendees and YouTube viewers at the same time. Quality mostly depends on your upload speed—if your connection isn’t stable, YouTube tends to compress things more.For sharing YouTube videos during Zoom calls, I’ve noticed the same problem. The key thing is to use “Share Screen” with the “Optimize for video clip” option and make sure system audio is enabled. Without that, playback can look choppy or audio goes out of sync.One more thing that’s kind of interesting—viewer experience can vary depending on how people watch content. Some attendees use modified apps like YouTube Premiu

The format of timer app seems to change. I used to have buttons for pausing, resetting etc. Also there was history of time used before and some options (1 min. 3 min. 5 min.). Now display is a digital timer (00:00:00) and a START bar.  Also noticed the number 1 next to apps icon (showing number of apps loaded) no longer there. Fred

It seems Zoom has a new “feature” that when I click on a Zoom link to join someone else’s Zoom meeting, it takes me to a browser page (see screen shot below).Where I then have to chose between joining the meeting from the app or a browser.This is a time waster, because I want to use the app 100% of the time.Plus, because I have typically have quite a few browser tabs open, sometimes it can be time consuming to find this page.So it adds extra delay for me to join Zoom meeting.My question - how can I bypass having to go to this unnecessary browser page?So I can go back to having “1 click” to join a Zoom meetingAnd not waste time.    

There is a weird split second delay where my audio and video are not in sync.  This is for both my laptop and my phone, so it's not an issue with a device.  It's a zoom issue.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?

Hi everybody! I'm new to zoom and I'm trying to organize my first interview with it. I can't seem to find any audio, video, etc settings under "settings". How do I go about it? Thanks for your help

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.
