Hola soy nuevo en esta comunidad pero necesito ayuda, he tratado de contactar con el soporte pero no he tenido respuesta, actualmente tengo una cuenta en working live, y hace unos dias recibi un mensaje de zoom que iba a anular su asociacion y me dijo que podria perder todos mis datos y la verdad no quiero , quiero contactarme con zoom soy de Perú pero no he tenido respuesta, saben algo de ello?

After 30 minutes of struggle, practice, cancel to check recording, and restart, I had to cancel the first meeting of my course. Speaker and Gallery buttons seem backwards, after lots of effort. And the slides appeared on the screen but not the recording. What's up, Zoom folks?

We use Zoom for telehealth appointments. We have our electronic medical records and patient information in Salesforce. We would like to be able to integrate the zoom meeting start/end times and participant info for each telehealth appointment into the Salesforce appointment record. Hello, my all-time problem without a solution (yet)- If I have a 1-to-1 meeting, and I'd like to record only the window of the host, how to do it? The meeting is in gallery mode, and even if I set cloud recording / speaker mode, the video jumps to the other participant if he/she asks something. Do I have such an option that I'd like to record the host and no one else, even if anyone else is asking something?- And the same with more participants: even if the host is spotlighted, the video will show also the others when they make a noise.Summarized: The actions/speeches of the host should be recorded, full screen, without jumping to other participants, and also independently from the actual meeting's gallery or speaker mode. Thank you very much if you have a viable suggestion! (Currently all I can do is record in gallery view and later cropping the host window, but even with 1 guest it is half of full size, with more guests it

When I share my screen, everyone see's black squares spread across. I converted the PPT to PDF and used other platforms to try to share so it seems like an update issue. I turned off Use hardware acceleration to optimize video sharing. Anything else I should try?

I understand that a huge portion of the world is on PAL (25/50 fps) and that's fine....but there are millions if not billions of Zoom users that also want NTSC options, at least 30 (and/or 29.976) fps, particularly those of us called upon to edit recordings after the fact. Can it be made an option? It's a bit stunning that it isn't already.

Hello Everyone, This is Dinesh here.Yesterday I was conducting a zoom meeting and I was having the 500 participants zoom plan. During the meeting, after 230 participants joined, the zoom was not allowing any participant to join. It was showing the message like "the maximum attendee limit is reached". I was not sure why this happened because the limit is 500. It would be great if some one could help me. Also can someone provide the zoom support email id. Thanks

HelloI want to be able to manually select who is going into each room, but once I send people to those rooms, I want them to automatically be sent there, instead of being presented with a "Join Breakout Room" button. I thought the "Automatically move all assigned participants into breakout rooms" would do this, but we ran a test session and it didn't work. Is this not the right setting, or did that setting just not get applied for some reason? Do we need to restart the machine and try again? Thanks

I have many sessions with audio for my work, but since today, Zoom suddenly isn't transmitting sound to participants anymore. They can hear my voice, but no matter which option I choose (and yes, the 'share sound' option is enabled), they don't hear the music, or they hear it extremely softly (which might actually be my own sound reflecting through the microphone). I have no idea how to solve this. Can someone help? I can hear the music just fine on the PC I'm streaming from, so it seems like it's something within Zoom itself that isn't working anymore.It's very strange that there isn't a way to report technical issues directly to Zoom because if this is a Zoom issue, it needs an urgent solution.

I just updated my Windows app and can no longer view all my upcoming scheduled meetings. It only shows meetings for one calendar day. Web version has what I'm looking for (Upcoming, Previous, etc.). How can I get that view in the Windows app? I need to be able to get to a meeting without remembering the exact date I scheduled it for. Thanks.

Hello Everyone: Hosting of 3 meetings was given over to me and were recorded. In cleaning out my email inbox a few weeks ago, I accidentally deleted the emails I received with the recordings. Since I don't have a Zoom account, I can't do the usual steps as described here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063423. Is there any other way for me to access those recordings? The original host doesn't have them in her recordings either. Please help!

I would like to create a custom immersive background that functions exactly the way Art Gallery 5 functions.  When the participants are within the frames, Zoom keeps their background untouched, not cropping around their heads.  I am able to create a custom immersive background without any problem...however it's removing their backgrounds behind them.  This is the same behavior as all of the other pre-installed immersive backgrounds.  They remove the background to place the participant in the scene more realistically.  That's not what I want though.   Anyone have any thoughts? 🙂

I am using the New Outlook desktop app.  When I started my job in October of last year I added the plugin so I can easily schedule Zoom Meetings from within Outlook.  Since the March update I no longer have that option.  I redownloaded the plugin, I've clicked in Settings the Add Online Meeting to all meetings- Zoom.  I've tried to add it as one of the apps in Outlook, but it doesn't work.  If I log into my web browser, I can add a Zoom meeting fine.  It's only with the New Outlook desktop app.  I'm going to try to go back to an old version of Zoom and see if it comes back that way.  Anyone else have this issue and insights on how to resolve?  

I am a voice actor with an in home studio. I have used zoom for over 2 years for video meeting and such with no sound issues at all. All of a sudden about a month ago, I've started having crackling audio coming through when in zoom meetings. It only happens through zoom, all other audio sounds perfect.  I'm on 64 bit Windows 10 using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling zoom as well as my audio drivers and the drivers for the interface.  Any ideas on what might be causing it and how to fix? Thank you!

Hello, Is there a way to record a meeting with the screen resolution set to 9:16?  I want to record our company's mobile app.  The recording will then be embedded into the app as a training video.Can this be done with Zoom? If not, what other tools do you recommend? Thanks😊

As the title indicates, I cannot access Zoom either on my browser (at zoom.us) or through the app.  This issue is only on a single computer, which is hard wired into my modem, and not any other device connected to my home wifi network.  Does not matter which browser is used, and I have cleared cache several times.  In fact, my work even replaced the computer (it's a PC) thinking it was a hardware issue, but even with a new desktop, the issue persists. To be clear, I cannot even *access* the website zoom.us, though oddly I can get to Zoom support, and even more oddly, can get to ZoomGov.  This issue rather suddenly arose one day midday, and it's extremely frustrating.  It doesn't affect any other similar app (like Teams) and when I did have the Zoom app downloaded, that wouldn't work either. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this issue?

I have the up to date version of zoom on my machine but not paid for. I have been able to blur my background in the past but the feature appears to have been removed. Has this feature been slammed behind a paywall, if so that is a poor choice on zooms part as there are plenty of other option for meeting platforms and they also still allow this feature.

I recorded a meeting last night that I need for my grad program.  I can hear the audio but there is no video.  What did I do wrong and is there anyway to recover the video?  This was my first time trying to record.

Initially, we implemented this through the single occurrence of a recurring meeting - just hard copying the link to the description of the Calendar section. We have 4 Sales Reps whom we add after the call was created. The problem with the current workflow is that we want to allow any sales rep to start Zoom calls and skip through Waiting Room. Alternative host options does not work well for our case. We encounter an issue where Zoom removes all alternative hosts when a meeting is edited. As the admin, along with my partner, we manage screen sharing and microphone control, while attendees mainly join as listeners.However, I’m facing a challenge that I’d like to resolve. Many participants do not enter the meeting with their full name, which causes issues when trying to identify them during the session. This forces me to interrupt the meeting to ask them to update their name, which takes up valuable time.I’m looking for a solution that would require participants to enter their full name before they can join the Zoom room. I have 19 users with Zoom accounts and cannot seem to upgrade them.  Here are my issues:1. Those with Version 5.15.##, or below, can no longer open their software.  Therefore, they cannot sign on and check for updates.2.  When I go to the Zoom website, I only see "Zoom Workplace" (maybe version 6.1.6.43767?) as a download choice.  Is this the same as plain Zoom? (All current users are on Zoom 5.10.0 thru 5.17.10).3.  If I download, and run the installer, Zoom Workplace will not open.  I still get messages that I need to be above version 5.16.64.  I cannot get any help from Chat, or phone calls, because I'm not "qualified" for live person support. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to open up a zoom meeting without it opening up in a separate tab/window? I am casting from my laptop to my TV but when I start a meeting it opens a separate window not displayed on my TV

I am on a Mac using Sonoma. My video camera works just fine with FaceTime, but when I begin a meeting in Zoom my screen shows only black. I have tried using the Video controls, deleting the program and reinstalling, etc. I am flummoxed as to how to solve this problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra that I want to use for zoom meetings. Most is great, but one thing is sorely missing, and I wonder if I am simply overlooking something. I have two front cameras. A "standard camera" and a "wideangle camera". Now, when I am in a zoom meeting, I can only choose one front camera, the standard one. I really want/need to use that other wideangle camera, but I see no way to choose it. I can also only pick one of the three lenses on the back of the tablet. Is there any way I can add these cameras to my zoom app so I can choose them in my meetings?Any and all help is greatly appreciated. 🙂 

I'd like to add someone as an alternate host for a Zoom Meeting. Zoom says, "Unable to assign "[EMAIL]" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time." Why? And, how do I add this person as an Alternative Host for Meetings?
