I have a very good hardwired connection, getting 604.9 mbps down and 641.4 mbps up and 7ms latency when running a speed test on Google. Teams and Slack meetings work fine. With Zoom when I try to share my screen I instantly get the unstable internet connection warning message, and participants report that I am breaking up. I hear and see them just fine, so it seems to largely be an upstream problem and not a downstream problem.When I run Zoom's network diagnostic tool, in the MTR details, I see that for host IP 68.105.30.114 I am getting extreme packet loss, so I have to assume that is the culprit. If I Google that IP address, it belongs to my ISP. What can I do about this? Is it something I need to bring up with my ISP? Again, I only experience this with Zoom. If I run the packet loss test at https://packetlosstest.com/ set on the Zoom pre-config, I get 0 packet loss.Any ideas

I am the admin of three zoom accounts. Each of us has our own account but I am the admin and payer of the annual subscription. If I have a new employee that I have established a zoom account for, how do I give her access to this so she can set up meetings with her clients? Thank you. I googled this but could not find the admin area they said to click on. Thank you. 

Just recently, when I log on my audio works just fine, then, I go to a breakout room, audio is fine, but when I leave the breakout room, my audio doesn't work - they can't hear me. BUT, if I go back to the breakout room and immediately come out of it again, my audio works. So, I lose audio if I transition from breakout rooms.

Hello, I mistakenly recorded a meeting in my computer, instead of the cloud. I need to create a transcript of this meeting.Is there a way of uploading the computer recording to the cloud to create the transcript? Or any other way of creating a transcript from this locally saved meeting recording? Kind regards, Sol 

I have a user who is having trouble connecting to zoom, but only on their home network. Normally I would suggest troubleshooting the network, but zoom is working on all other devices on the network. So here is their hardware info:Macbook Pro 14-inch 2021M1 ProSonoma 14.0Zoom Client 5.16.2Chrome 119.0.6045.124 Zoom network tool came back green on all tests. The user can't reach our zoom tenant in chrome, receiving "This site can't be reached" "The connection was reset" This means they can't sign into the zoom app at all. Using NSLOOKUP and PING for our tenant come back with good results. Using safari allows them to get slightly farther to the "launch in zoom" window which does nothing when the link opens asking to allow. Finally opening the meeting without signing in and joining as a guest gives this error message "an unknown error occ

When I use Zoom on my computer and connect my bluetooth headphones (which also have a mic), I am able to click the little up arrow on the Mute/Mic button and choose between the mic on my headphonse, which is not that good, and the mic on my computer, which I prefer to use.  However, when I connect my bluetooth headphones to my iPad on Zoom it automatically goes to the mic on the headphones and the little up arrow on the Zoom Mute button is not there.  Is there any way to change to the iPad mic while still listening via the bluetooth headphones?I don't understand why this is doable on a computer but not on an iPad...

We are cancelling a statewide Zoom meeting due to weather conditions affecting some, but not all registrants. Is there a way to alert all registrants (through Zoom) that the meeting is cancelled?

The list of upcoming meetings web page had a recurrent meeting number like 3 of 10 below the meeting time.Recently this beneficial info disappeared.Is there any way to switch it on?

It will be useful to me and very possibly many others for participating in group meetings. You might treat it as a reasonable accommodation for, in my case, autism and ADHD.I want an overlay text in my video saying ex. 'If I am not in my seat I am pacing to upregulate my focus' rather than simply turning my video off. There is a workaround by renaming myself but it allows a limited number of characters.

zoom outlook meeting wont add the meeting link to the location.When scheduling a meeting with zoom plugin it wont add the link to the location like its used to.I have reinstall the plugin and restart my computer (pc not mac).see pic  

When I open a Zoom meeting on new computer, it says to participants that  I'm in another meeting. I've signed out on old computer, but it still does not work... What to do? 

I use a MacBook Pro (2015) and things were fine until I updated the software to the latest macOS Monterey. I teach classes on Zoom, my AirPods have now been making crackling and static noises for a few weeks. I hear the noise and unfortunately people listening to me talking also hear the same thing. At first it was only happening when I was sharing Spotify music in Zoom, it was like Zoom couldn't handle me using another application like a browser or Spotify without the sound becoming weird, but now it happens all the time no matter if I'm only using Zoom or other apps along with it, and sometimes the sound drops out completely so I can't hear anything (no music or people talking). Sometimes folks can still hear music I'm sharing (clearly, or static noise disrupting the music) but not my voice. I took the AirPods to Apple Store and they tested them, no problem with anything. They work just fine with all my devices except the combination of MacBook Pro + Zoom. SO FRUSTRATING. Any

I have a Zoom pro account which allows hosting of up to 100 participants.  I will host a Zoom meeting  of around 100 participants in the near future.  Is it possible to start the meeting with the current 100 participant limit and increase it to 500 by purchasing the “large meeting” add-on if the number of participants might reach the limit during the meeting? 

I have been using for years the same ID and Password for zoom meetings. I am unable to extend the use of that meeting because it is no longer listed  neither in my upcoming meetings nor in my past meetings

i was able to use avatars now i cant. i haven`t changed computers, i didn`t change any settings. others in my meeting can use avatars. also i cant find the "toggle avatars" option in my settings

Hi there. I am new to Zoom. I have paid account and I am trying to record just myself doing some presentations and record them so others can watch later. I used a Slidedeck and shared screen while recording myself. I noticed when I watched the recording only the first slide showed even after I had gone through several and talked to them? Any ideas why this is hapening? Many thanks

hi everyone  sorry if i make a mistakes in english i'm french I just installed zoom workplace on my Mac and all the buttons for remote control are activated in my settings account. When i started a meeting and i share my screen i can't see the button of remote control in my bar of options My mac is macOS Monterey version 12.7.4 , 1,6 GHz Intel Core i5 double heart and i installed the last version of zoom does anyone can help me please ?

My disk is filling up with three types of files, as the zoom software evidently tries to continuously reprocess files:   double_click_to_convert_(incrementing dates and times)   video1762280867 (incrementing dates and times)   audio (incrementing dates and times)

When I send an invitation to  Zoom meeting it defaults to the wrong email address, even though the right email address is on my profile. 

Hey! When im sharing my screen all the other participants sees all the zoom related panels and windows as gray like squares on their screen.I have tried share with(or without) window filtering, but its just showing them the windows and I wnat them just to see my screen without it.I made sure that the optimize video clip feature is not checked."Showing zoom windows during screen share" is off.Any other suggestions? 

Hey folks, I've got a fun one for you. I recently (3 days ago) hosted a meeting and had my recording directed to the same path I have used for years. I later remembered that I changed my Windows username. Same login, just changed the display name.So the path of; /Users/<USERNAME1>/OneDrive/Documents/Zoom is now /Users/<USERNAME2>/OneDrive/Documents/Zoom  When I try to open the recording folder automatically in Zoom, it redirects to the USERNAME2 folder, which is empty. Nothing in my Trash, as I furiously dump it multiple times a day.I don't actually use OneDrive, it's just the 'physical' folder on C:// that often gets defaulted too and I've been too lazy to change.   I'm not convinced that Zoom would just vaporize the recording because of a bad file path...especially because I wasn't prompted to give

I RECORDED A MEETING FROM `11AM TO 5PM I CANT FIND IT. ALL I SAW WAS THE SIZE AS 0BYTE. NO VIDEO OR AUDIO. JUST THE NAME OF THE MEETING ON THE RECORDING & TRANSCRIPT MODULE AND 0 BYTE AS SIZE MEANWHILE I SAW IT RECORDING DURING THE MEETING AND A RECORDING LINK WAS SENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MEETING ENDED BY 5PM.  HELP PLEASE I NEED TO RECOVER IT
