When I am in a zoom meeting, how do I know which account I am signed in with? I have access to 4 different zoom accounts and log in and out of them frequently depending on the work I am doing. When I'm in a meeting, how do I know which one I am currently using? Is there an easy way to do this from inside the meeting itself? Thanks. 

Dear Zoom Community, its maybe a dump question, but im a beginner when it comes to zoom. I had an online meeting today that I joined via the desktop version. I started recording during the meeting with the host's permission. At the end of the meeting, I forgot to stop the recording and simply left the room. At about the same moment, the host also left the room. Does this mean that the recording has been lost? Because I can't see a recording either in my folder on the PC or in the cloud. Or can I somehow still access the recording? I was also a bit surprised that my online Zoom account did not show the previous meeting I attended. I thought I could see all my meeting participation there. Best wishes,Locardas

It seems that Zoom is missing some options for setting defaults for recurring meetings. For one, it would be nice if you could add attendees that are also alternative or co-hosts without having to have them be part of the account or wait until the meeting to assign them. Also, Setting the sharing options to allow all participants to share by default would be really helpful. When the host has to change that every time, it gets tedious and unnecessarily takes up time. 

Under "In Meeting (Advanced)", the "Automated captions" toggle is enabled. However, the CC tool (with the text "Show Captions" or "Hide Captions") no longer shows up. Did it move somewhere? How does a participant (not a host) turn captions on or off now? I'm using Zoom client 6.2.6 for a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 15.1.

I had an appointment with a doctor via a Zoom link provided. Before the meeting I redownloaded the app but don't believe I logged back into my account and just pressed Join. There have been some billing concerns, and I was wanting to show we do not meet the length that was charged. The doctor has the same meeting ID every time and I know what time my appointment was so can pinpoint that. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,

My camera just shows a grey screen on my Zoom desktop app.It's fine on the zoom web app and on my laptop's camera app. Running Win 11 Home. I've tried:- Restarting computer- Re-installing zoom workplace app- Checked camera privacy settings- Checked for laptop driver updates None of which have worked I'm on a paid account and haven't been able to use this for work! I've been using my zoom on my mobile phone as a workaround, but that's not a long-term solution.

I bought the zoom plan for a year and turned off auto renew (as many sneaky apps do this) and now every time i boot up up the zoom app or login to the web i am treated to an annoying banner that my plan is expiring and i need to reactivate. When i spend money for the whole year i don`t expect to be annoyed like this. Not even Amazon do this you get an email a few days before to remind you - you don`t get banners for the next 11 months.If it was the last month of my sub i could get understand the banner but right from the start? it's not on.I know what you`re thinking - just turn it back on until just before it renews but this is not the point but who knows if we'll even have a planet in 11 months time and they'll just laugh if you have auto renew on and forget.If this annoys you friends please speak up

I have a user who's hosting several hours-long meetings/workshops. She always records these meetings. I have all users on our our Zoom account set to:Auto-record meetings (though the host does have the ability to start/stop the recordings at their leisure)Record to our Cloud Storage (this cannot be changed by non-admin hosts)On review of the recordings after the meetings, however, she's noticed that the recordings are sometimes cut off. About a month ago, it was about the last 10min that wasn't recorded. Not that big of a deal, though still annoying. But for yesterday's meeting, a whole 1.5 hours wasn't recorded. That's a big problem. In the last 3yrs of using Zoom and being an admin, she's the only one I've come across having this problem. Hello, I have some doubts which I hope the Zoom community can help me with. I am using a paid account to create a zoom meeting for my staff. After my staff joins the meeting, I passed the host to my staff and leave the meeting. After I've left the meeting, can I create another meeting on the same day? Thanks

When using automatic proxy settings in Firefox on Windows 11, the meeting link does not work.I have found that if I specify a PAC file in the manual settings, there is no problem.I know that this can be worked around manually, but this makes the automatic settings meaningless, so is there anything I can do about it?I don't know if this is a Firefox problem or a Zoom problem.I have confirmed that there are no problems with Chrome and Edge.

I started a zoom - sent myself a link to that meeting to also join with my mobile. When I click the link - it's telling me to install Zoom. I already have Zoom on my phone and it is updated ???

I have created a webinar and included a practice session option in it. The host started the webinar for 5 minutes and then after the actual webinar, participants joined the webinar. After using the Get Participants list of webinar API I am getting both the time of the host i.e. the practice session time and the real webinar time in just one object, can someone please help me segregate them?

I accidentally blocked a user from my recurring   meeting, how do unblock them?

Hi,  This has happened a few times recently. During screen share when passing Remote Control of the keyboard and mouse to an attendee a double cursor displays for the attendee. Only one of these cursors controls the clicks they have caused sessions to be cancelled as they are impossible to navigate with. Any Advice ? TIA

Hi folks, Windows 11 and Zoom (6.2.0)both on latest versions, both on teacher’s system and my own. I am on ASUS Laptop around a year old.Original sound for musicians both enabled. He can hear me play without any issue, however I cannot hear him clearly. Within a few notes it sounds as though noise suppression kicks in and I hear nothing of his playing. I am not playing along with him and there is no speaking while he/I play. I am using computer audio. We have tried every combination of both Zoom options and Windows system options without success. It feels as though there is something very basic awry. We continued the lesson utilising my iPhone iOS 17.6.1 with full functionality both sides. Any guidance would be most gratefully received. Having some trouble with our meetings. One meeting went long, and another meeting couldn't start even though the meeting numbers were different. I thought with Pro you could have more than one meeting at a time. Am I wrong?

I'm thinking of signing up for zoom again, but the only thing that is holding me back is the ability to present when using Google slides. I'm unable to attach an example from Google Meet that I currently use, but when I present a deck it allows me to have my notes on screen at the same time that only I can view. Is this something that I can do on zoom when presenting? I know at the moment it pops out and that's not very helpful at all.

Hi Zoom Community,We run an entrepreneurial competition, and I would love a way to integrate Zoom polls into our process. The problem with a lot of the online surveys we are currently using is they only give you a weighted scale of the responses. I want the surveys not to give me an average but the totals for each question. That way we can compare different entries and quickly see which is best. Has anyone successfully used Zoom polls to judge business presentations? Any tips on how to do this? Our current method is using MS Forms, dump into Excel and then add. It's cumbersome and a hassle to do in real time.

Hi Zoom team,I work with people who have disabilities and use speech generating devices on computers, smartphones, and tablets. It would be great if people who use augmentative and alternative communication devices could tick a box to share their device audio for the purpose of communication without sharing their screen. What do you think? Any questions or clarifications I can offer I'd be happy to help!
