I can setup my Zoom meeting, but I cannot invite anyone. Each time I click Invite, the Outlook invitation appears momentarily, but then Outlook crashes. Previously, I have scheduled many Zoom meetings and I can write emails on Outlook, no problem. I have updated both Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.1.11 (39163)) and MS Outlook for Mac (16.89.3 (24092813)). I have restarted the computer. My prospective client is expecting the Zoom invite now. Hoping I do not lose this prospect. Can anyone help? Thank you. 

I schedule frequent meetings with the same group of 20+ people.  Can I somehow name that group so that I don't have to enter all email addresses each time?

I arrange a meeting with several people and send the invitation, but one of them says she does not receive the invitation, but receives it without problems from other organizers

I was set up as an alternative host on a zoom meeting. The original host cannot find the chat history. Can I access the history & if so, how?   Normally I find the chat history in the my documents/zoom folder. The original host has these folders on their windows laptop but the zoom folder is empty. Hi All.  I am having trouble to get the meeting that i usually just add in zoom and then they pop up in my mail (apple) Calendar.  From here i can then add an invitee and it will send the invite out to the person's calendar.  It is not working any idea how to change the configuration of this?  I did click on some new portal thing that it looks like they have released, but this is not making it easier to get this working.  Thanks 

We recently merged one account into another (both are PRO) and personal meeting ID for the one that merged now comes up with a note that that feature has been disabled.  The personal meeting ID for the main account is working fine. How can I enable a personal meeting ID for both accounts? Do I have to separate them again?

Is there a way to submit a group of people at the same time from the waiting room into a meeting or do I have to admit each one separately?

In the desktop browser at zoom.us, you can create a meeting under Meetings>Schedule A Meeting>Save. Once scheduled, you can pick that meeting and click "Copy Meeting Invitation". A window will then pop up with your full meeting invitation that you can copy into your calendar of choice. To close this window, the only button choice is "Cancel". My feature request is to change this button name to "Close" rather than "Cancel". This is because of the doubt created when you have just scheduled the meeting, copied the invitation, and now the only choice is to click "Cancel" to get rid of the window. Clicking "Cancel" does not actually cancel the meeting; it just closes the window which is the desired result. By renaming this button, it will improve the user experience and remove doubt, and be a more correct description of what's happening. 

It started yesterday. I open a meeting as host, but the participants cannot join because it says Waiting for the host to start the meeting...Into settings, meeting, security I tried to disable the waiting room, but nothing. pls Help

Hello, I usually schedule meetings for my boss. Until a month ago I always designated the same person as the alternative host so she could start the meeting. Lately and without changing settings, she appears as an alternative host on the Zoom scheduled meeting page, but she can´t start the meeting. I need to connect and allow her into the room and she appears as a guest in the waiting room. Can you please help me? Thanks

Can I join zoom without audio on Portal From Facebook 10"?  On laptops and phones there is the option to join without audio. This is different from mute

Does anyone know how/if it is possible for someone screen sharing on Zoom a PowerPoint (utilizing only one screen, not dual monitor) to be able to see the participants in side-by-side mode just like participants are able see it? Unfortunately, I always come across that for the presenter's view, participants on Zoom are just hovering over the screen, but it would be great to be able to have the same side-by-side capability that you have when you are watching someone share their screen. It's unfortunate for the screen-sharer to not be able to see the participants without hovering boxes that they have to move around which typically blocks content being shared. I have been working on work arounds for this for the past couple years on and off when I find it distracting or limiting my trainer, but as much as we trouble shoot with only one monitor vs. Dual, we have yet to find a good solution other than presentation mode of PPT which is still not the same as side-by-side.

I use zoom a lot and previously I didn't have many problems. With this new version plus update I have many problems. (On my Samsung s23 ultra) #1 can't see myself on meetings. I've checked settings, I've tried turning it on and off. #2 When I leave a meeting, it doesn't leave entirely. When I leave a meeting and want to go into another one, it doesn't really leave as it shows me "back to meeting" button rather than allowing me to start or join anothet meeting. #3 when I finish a meeting, it does not fully disconnect my audio/video. Often times I "leave a meeting" later on using my phone to watch videos, I notice my volume on media is lower than normal. I had a pop up message a couple of times saying that zoom is using my audio (something along the lines of that) when I'm not even on it. I'd have to reboot my phone for it to get to normal. #4 Joining breakout room took me to the circle of doom.

What colour space does Zoom Meetings use to transmit and to display? Is it Rec 709, sRGB or something else? Does anything change with screen share vs. non screen share, and with the Zoom app vs Zoom in a colour-aware browser? We’re teaching photography and colour editing, with presenters and participants all sharing screens for editing and all streaming directly from their cameras, with a mixture of MacOS and Windows. We’re trying to understand what colour and contrast shifts we should warn participants to expect.My understanding/guess at the moment is that everyone’s feed is desaturated to fit within lowest-common-denominator Rec 709 (not sure what intent is used) and that’s what is beamed to everyone. It then seems to be presented in the Zoom app as-is, so everyone with a calibrated screen sees exactly the same desaturated colours. Hi, I just recorded a meeting and went to download and had to download the individual speaker's audio file seperately which I guess is just the way it is. Problem is that in the cloud recording the file is called "Audio only - John Smith' but when the download came through the speakers name is gone and replaced with 'Recording_separate1', 'Recording_separate2' etc. I was wondering if there is a way to make the original file name stick to save going through and renamimg them. I'm using a Macbook Pro Sonoma 14.4.1Thanks

I have been using interpretation function for a small multilingual onsite event for around 20 participants. The participants logged into Zoom from their phone and could listen to the interpretation. There was no video in Zoom.Now I'll have the same need, but for a bigger event up to 100 participants and there will be an online broadcast at the same time as well (outside from Zoom). Will this solution work?How much bandwidth should be available for this?

Does the Zoom PRO license have the interpretation function available by default or does the account owner with the PRO license still have to purchase a Zoom Webinar license to access the interpretation function? For context I will add that I use the Zoom interpretation function on our Business License, so I don't know what the current status of the Zoom PRO license is.

I have looked into this error and it seems that you guys have hardware banned my pc, which is extremely rude, also your appeals department doesn’t do anything as I’ve seen from other people. I'm using a 2020 MacBook Air with Zoom. I have wired earbuds from Apple, and also 3rd party ones, that work fine with the computer when I'm on any other website with sound (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.) The audio works fine on Zoom when I join a meeting and join by computer audio, but when I plug in the earbuds to the computer port, there is no sound. I've tried 3 different pair of earbuds and I've googled this question for answers. I see other people have the same question but I have not found a resolution. One answer was to change the settings or preferences on Zoom but I don't see where to do that. Thanks.

Currently, Zoom saves local recordings with folder names that tell us what the meeting name was and what date and time the recording was done. But these settings are not translated into file names. The file names seem more random. We have to move the recording around, e.g., upload it to Vimeo to be shared in other places, so we have to manually name the files by copying and pasting the folder name into the filename. This wastes time and creates the possibility of user error. Is there a way to get to set proper filenames using the meeting names and times? Shouldn't Zoom be doing this by default? 

I have tried everything and zoom support has not gotten back to me and it has been 3 days, someone please help

Short explanation of problem: I have an active meeting running. I leave it and make my coworker the host. Then I start another meeting. This kills the first meeting.Question: How do I configure both meetings so that starting the second meeting doesn't kill the first one. Long description:My company and I own two zoom accounts, both paid, both registered under the company. I've listed my coworker (owner of the second account) as a cohost on the first meeting. When I need to leave the first meeting, I make my coworker the host, I leave (I do NOT end the meeting). Then, I start my other meeting. Starting the second meeting ends the first meeting. 1. Why is this occurring? I pay for two accounts for THIS very reason - so each of us can operate meetings separately and independently.2. How do I configure zoom so this doesn't happen? Thanks!

I had a zoom meeting. Video and Audio worked fine. I pressed Record. Then saved it. And when I went back to watch it the video was not playing only the audio. Is there anyway to get the video back.
