Hello,Does anyone else have a problem with not always being able to annotate a client's shared screen?  I use an XP Pen graphics table and of course, when I screen share one of my documents, I can annotate with my graphics table all I want.  But, when a customer shares their document, there is no guarantee the "annotate screen" option appears in which case I can't annotate their screen which is embarassing at times.  I always hold my breath each time a customer has to screen share that I'm actually going to see "annotate screen" on my end on the top.  I have submitted several  Zoom tickets on this and this has still not been resolved.  I was told to supply the zoom code for any sessions I encounter this, which I have several times, but still no resolution.

I am new to zoom.  I am trying to insert slides into my meeting.  I am the host. 

Hello, In meetings when a person speaks, Zoom automatically shows this person speaking; it shifts to the content of her camera. However, when I talk Zoom keeps showing the person that spoke before me. I am not talking about screen sharing, I have no problem there. My camera is turned on. Please help. Thank you,Ioana

My Linux installation has a series of folders under Home/.zoom, I would like to know which files there may be safely purged, and if there is any application function for purging them.

Hi there,  I am getting notifications that my zoom pro account, which includes 6 accounts in total, has exceeded the allowed limit.Usually they email refer to about 0.3-0.5 GB additional storage space. I do delete the videos frequently and within a day after I receive the notification.  My question is do I get charged for this?If so, how can I control not to exceed the storage limit when the notification is sent after my storage is full? Thank you,Vicky

Zoom informed me in advance that I was going to reach the limit of cloud space for my recordings. I have deleted most of them and emtied the trash bin as well. But it wouldn't help and now Zoom tells me there is no space in my cloud for more recordings. What can I do about it?

I renewed the Zoom subscription for one year on 31 August 2024. However, when I log in, a message pops up saying one or more invoices in my account are pending payment. Why am I receiving this message?

I teach classes and record them, and sometimes, I need to embed a short video in the lessons and play it without ending the sharing or recording. I don't seem to be able to do that easily unless I can have the whole video embedded in PowerPoint. Any ideas or YouTube that show this would be wonderful. I have the latest Zoom for my Mac and the OS is updated, as well as the PowerPoint software

So zoom switch invite email format in my account and for it now only list deleted and updated dates in my meeting invitation to my clients. The meeting invite use to only include the actual dates and times for my meetings for the month for each client, never the behind the scene changes. This new format looks so unprofessional, is extremely confusing and time consuming  because now I have to go into the email of each of my clients and remove all the deletes and updated changes and then type in the actual dates of the meetings. It is even worst now that I can't add extra sessions to my recurring schedule, so there are a lot of deleted sessions showing up just to get the meetings for the month scheduled. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to go back to the old formatting when sending out their email meeting invites? So far I haven't received any response from submitting a ticket for help.

There are points of the meeting that I have to stop the video for some participants who hadn't shut it off themselves. When participants are allowed to share their video again I have to manually go to each one and "ask to start video." Is there any way I could automatically allow everyone to share again? Going into host tools, unchecking "Allow all participants to start video'' and then checking it again doesn't seem to

I am using the latest version of zoom. Since early October - the solid line of the pen tool changed - it no longer writes with a solid line. This is not due to anything I changed myself - it just happened, I assume with the latest update!. Has anyone else experienced this ‘uneven’ writing tool ? - it is annoying. It is nothing to do with the pen as it is a perfect solid line when annotating in other applications

I'm using Zoom on my MacBook, and I previously used it on Windows. On Windows, I was able to use a feature similar to Picture-in-Picture (PiP), where a floating screen would appear during a meeting, allowing me to see the active speaker or shared screen even when I wasn’t in the main Zoom app.However, since switching to my MacBook, this feature is not working. The floating screen only appears when I am the one sharing my screen, but not when others are sharing or speaking. I’ve spent several days looking through the settings and trying to find a way to enable this feature, but haven’t had any luck. Does anyone know how to get this PiP-like feature working on a MacBook?

Hello everyone!Up until today, I used breakout rooms during my meetings without any issues (even yesterday, the same link worked perfectly). However, today, I encountered a problem: I couldn't open the breakout rooms.Here’s what usually happens:During the meeting, I create the breakout rooms.The participants are already divided, and I just press Open All Rooms.Everyone gets a button prompting them to connect, and we start.But today, none of that happened. No button appeared, and the feature seemed to freeze. When I pressed the X button to close the breakout room window and reopened it, it showed that no one had entered the breakout rooms. It only gave me the option to close all rooms—nothing else.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Updating Zoom to the latest version.Resetting the breakout room settings in Zoom.Unfortunately, none of these steps worked. Effective today, May 2, 2022, new limits are in effect for 1:1 meetings in Zoom Basic/Free accounts.  Zoom has announced that the time limit for 1:1 meetings in Basic/Free accounts will be set to 40 minutes, the same limit that has been in effect for larger meetings in these accounts. Hello,We are experiencing an issue during Zoom meetings where the video gallery or participant window blocks part of the shared screen content, as shown in the attached image. This makes it difficult for participants to view the full presentation. We are using Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.2.0) on Windows 11 OS.Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that all participants can see the content without obstruction?Thank you for your assistance.

I noticed on my last Zoom meeting that my name displayed as my husbands (despite being a personal account). Upon checking my profile, it shows linked accounts: Facebook, work email. We previously owned a business together and I figure that's where the issue lies. I'm not able to figure out how to unlink the work email (which we also no longer have access to as we sold the business).Can you please assist me?

I am the host of a recurring meeting. There is no dial-in number showing on the invite. I don't recall whether this option was offered when I first set up the meeting. Do we have this option for the basic Workplace (free) plan? If so, where can I find the dial-in number participants could use? Thank you!

I run Zoom version 5.17.1 (18472) on a Blackview Android tablet running Android 12. When I'm in a Zoom meeting on the tablet, I have to plug in headphones; when I try to use a Bluetooth headset, there's no sound. I am able to play music on the tablet and use the Bluetooth, but not Zoom. What am I doing wrong?  

Hi all, I need quick help PLEASE. I have a Workshop in less than an hour, but I cannot share the screen. The laptop works with Linux Ubuntu. When I try to share it, it says, that I need to install to things (I have no idea how to do this) or switch to x11 display server. I dont know how to do this either. I  also dont know how to install Zoom new, if that would be a good idea, because with Linux its always so complicated. If you can help I really would apreciate it... Anna
