Hi my friend has a paid Zoom account  (until 100 members - for one year) in the States but wrote down the password falsely. She gave me her  meeting iD , her e-mail address for Zoom, her personal account number, the host key, the link to the meeting. How  can she reset her password - Please describe in a way that I can tell her, she has no idea about computers. I don't come in . It always says wrong password.Thank you for your help.Ursula

Hi all,  I recently tried to go live on Zoom and stream in my Facebook group but no luck 😞I tried the steps and use Custom Live Stream services but it didn't work. Does anyone know exactly the steps to make it work? I would appreciate your help thanks 🙂  

Dear all and dear Support,Since mid of year 2024 I replaced a IPAD 2 against a IPAD Air (2024).In any Zoom Meeting, where Music is played, for example from a presented MS Power Point Presentation, the sound starts for 1-2 sec. ok, but then the sound quality switches to a reduced quality and the loudness is like modulated and it fluctuates between loud and quiet. Once the IPAD Air has been replaced against a new one (guarantee). But the effect remains the same.Does any one have similar experiences ? Or exist a solution for this issue?Thanks a lot for any recommendations. J

I'm teaching and I want to give different excercises to the students. So I send the participants into separate breakout rooms. What I don't find in Zoom is:How can I share separate screens (not the same) in the separate breakout rooms?

I've had a reoccurring problem. When I send an existing meeting link/ID via a calendar invite, it creates a second meeting with the same Meeting ID and will change the existing meeting ID to whatever i've typed into the outlook subject line.  It came to a head when we had a forum and people were apparently sat in the waiting room but I couldn't see them. I had to ask them to close the meeting and reopen the zoom again and then they were brought into the room I was in.  In my browser, it will show the same meeting 3x in a row, when you open it shows as reoccurring and will have my invite in the attendees list. (same meeting ID) Is there a solution? I don't want to unlink my calendar but I may have to if it continues?

How do account members see the meetings on the account owner's dashboard? Is there a way to share as we work on the same meetings together? I need access to change/update things.

I feel like I'm missing something, but to get my personal zoom link I have to login, go to my profile, un-hide the link, highlight, copy and paste to start a mtg. Please tell me there's a more efficient way to navigate.

I used to be able to view all upcoming meetings on my home screen, but now I can only see them day by day and have to manually go to that particular day. I want to be able to see my upcoming meetings at a glance, how do I get back to that? Thanks.

I'm a TA at a university and we're using Canvas to host the class and classes will very virtual on zoom through Canvas. All semester I haven't been able to connect to zoom. I get error code 2216. I thought it was because I didn't have a university email address but now I do and have added it to my Canvas profile and made it my primary. But I'm still getting the error. Any ideas of how to fix this? I'm trying to get this resolved as soon as possible as the next semester will be starting soon 

My God guys - EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY HATES this "feature."If we want to pull our hand down, we can do it ourselves.Get rid of this PLEASE - or at least implement a way to turn it off. There is nothing more infuriating than waiting to comment in a Zoom meeting for 15 min. and then finding your hand has been dropped because you told your dog to lay down or something.

Hi, does anyone have any idea why my zoom crashes mid meeting and causes my computer to blue screen? It has happened the last 3 times I have been hosting meetings. Not only is it embarrassing but it takes about 10 mins to get back online. I have had hardware checked and apparently ok. My laptop is only 6 months old, I upgraded specifically so I wouldn't have zoom issues. It is a HP but zoom keeps failing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have updated Logitech webcam software, I don't have anything else running when I am online, and still after about 10 minutes each time it gives my computer a blue screen. Any assistance, tips, ideas to try or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Having a problem with a specific host on Zoom. I use Zoom and have never had any technical issues whatsoever - except for this particular one. Had a few meetings initially - no issues. The last two meetings - despite doing a zoom test re:  controls prior with no issues showing / all systems go - I have experienced extreme frustration as I was unable to access my mic primarily and have also had issues with the camera and chat. Both times, I continued to attempt to engage my mic the entire time - and other attendees noticed this and told the host to unmute me. At the very end of the second time these tech issues  happened, the chat suddenly became active in the last 5 minutes as people were leaving - which I find odd.  I then quickly texted and asked the moderator to check in at the end. She waited - and told me that I should " find someone younger to help " which was imho rude and dismissive. I am really puzzled as these me

My video is just black and i keep getting a pop message sating "Virtual Background still loading",  this seems to be only on the desktop app as my web version is working just fine. I've tried all the online troubleshooting guides, including removing the backgrounds, changing settings, uninstalling & reinstalling the app but the video will just not come up.  please help

I am unable to change my default screen name in my zoom profile online. I can change the screen name in the zoom app but it always resets to the default. When I try to update my profile in the zoom website the screen has a spinning circle like it is loading but it never loads. It seems like a website malfunction. I have tried several times over. the past week and the situation is the same. I have a free account. I am using safari on mac book pro. Most recent operating system. 

In most Zoom meetings (and Teams meetings), my headphones and microphone work perfectly.  In one weekly Zoom meeting, Zoom keeps lowering my microphone volume so no one can hear me.  I have a short-term work around to switch to internal and back to external microphone on my Win10 machine, and my mic works for a little bit until maybe someone else talks, and then my volume goes down again.I've tried adjusting microphone volume, turning on/off zoom echo cancelling and automatic volume settings, but nothing works.  I've seen several other people post similar problems.  I think there is a problem with the Zoom software for echo cancelling that when there is a certain combination of people using particular versions of Zoom or, more likely, particular types of headsets (most others have bluetooth, but I have analog), that it chooses one person to lower their volume to try to reduce echo (even though we don't hear any echo).Please fix this because it is ve

how to block hand raise during meeting

I have been using zoom for a few years on an older computer and needed to upgrade my desktop.  I purchased a much better computer, reinstalled zoom, same camera/monitor/speaker, same wifi.  Now every time I join a zoom meeting and go to share my screen it lags REALLY bad. Like a minute plus. I have also seen an alert saying my internet connection is slow. HOWEVER I have a great wifi signal.  I also can see other screen sharing just fine. I also can use google meet and share my screen just fine. I uninstalled and re-installed zoom, checked every setting, searched the net. Still can't fix and it is greatly affecting my work. Please help!

Hello Community,I have a Zoom One Pro license and also subscribed to Zoom Scheduler. Zoom Scheduler allows to book appointments for Zoom meetings directly on my website. This works as far as it goes. However, I would like to simplify the booking process for me by syncing Zoom and my Google Calendar. As soon as I block a time slot in Google Calendar, this time slot should also no longer show up as an available appointment on my website. Even though I linked Google Calendar in the Zoom account and clicked sync, it doesn't work. When I block a time slot in Google Calendar, it still shows up as available on Zoom. Does anyone know this problem and has been able to resolve it?

We use the chat log to type in our communication due to attendees having difficulty with bandwidth and all the bells and whistles.  The system used to (1) pull a raw log of the chat window including attendees and the communication texts which was very helpful,and (2) the new one sent me a log after the meeting - it flashed on the screen as if it downloaded into my computer, but I cannot find it at all. Is there something I can search on other than 'log'?  I need the log for the minutes.

We've been connecting our H.323 systems to Zoom meetings for 5 years, and in the last few weeks have noticed the Mute on Entry pop up message no longer disappears automatically. The mute on entry setting has been on for the meetings, and has not been changed on our end.The message below used to disappear within 30-60 seconds after connection, but now it never goes away. I've dug through the settings looking for something to auto suppress this, but either missed it or it doesn't exist. I am at my online limit for saving meeting videos and would like to free up space. I can view them, but I see no way to delete them,

Every week I upload a Zoom meeting to Vimeo. This week I got this error message: "The application has received an invalid parameter. Please get in touch with the apps creator".Has anyone experienced this and knows how to fix it? THX   

I run a technical meeting and tonight we got a type of zoom bombing I've not seen before.  Seemed to be free floating window with sexual content, not associated with any particular user.  We had rename/video/screenshare off.We also had offensive chat messages appearing to come from multiple people ... seems that someone was able to create a chat "from" someone else.Not sure what more I can do to defend against this sort of behavior.
