closed captioning feature not available when logging in using the web browser

what to do when closed captioning is not available in my account when I logged in using the web browser.  Only manual captioning option is available.  But when I log in using the zoom app, it is available.

That is correct. A web browser has lots of restrictions to prevent browser scripts from accessing the computer for security reasons. The browser version is very limited. If you want captioning you will need to use the Zoom client.
