Zoom crashes, and then often crashes my laptop when I try to join or host a meeting. Seems to be a problem with video. Initially I can't do mic and video check  before joining/hosting meeting, and if I skip this then the meeting try's to open, but then crashes. Video symbol has a cross through it (I always join with video off), but my image is actually on screen. It then crashes. Any ideas? I'm using windows 10 home, have uninstalled and then tried with both zoom version 32 & 64

I permanently get reminder Mails that my cloud space is full and that I should delete my recordings. As I do not have a subscription any more I am not able to delete these recordings. How is it possible?? 

Screensharing option is available ( albeit limited).Annotation is not supported under wayland as per release notesHowever,Fedora 42 (with GNOME)  has removed the option for X11 login, making this workaround unavailable. Is there any other workaround or a timeline for Zoom to support this feature under Wayland?

I've zoom v6.4.5 installed and Zoom crashes and relaunches after the meeting starts. I see below crash stack in the crash dump. Looks like the crash is happening in AMD display drivers. I upgraded AMD drivers and still see the same issue. unknowing users subscribe to a freemium autobot that attaches to their calendar and then interjects itself into any video meeting on their calendar this is a huge security exposure to our organization there are at least 5-6 vendors; and the list is growing; most of them are NOT on the Zoom Marketplace zoom settings do not appear to be workingblocking domains of the autobots does not seem to work, eg block read.aisetting a captcha does not seem to work eitherfor usability in our 10,000 volunteer organization, we prefer to avoid hassles of forcing registration/authentication, we use embedded passcode in the zoom URL linkcaptcha is acceptable [if it worked];but not mandating entry of the meeting passcode  

We use a third party scheduler integration with Zoom Meetings to allow customer prospects to sign up for a meeting with our inside sales reps. As part of the flow prospects provide their email to the scheduler. This automatically sends out a Zoom Meeting invitation to that email.However, the prospects email is never displayed when looking at any reports within Zoom internal reporting. Hi - I meet with some regularly in Zoom and on and off I do not receive the invites in Gmail. I've tried searching for the no-reply@zoom and nothing comes up and have searched spam filters.It's getting frustrating. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to use something other than Gmail? I was a participant (free member) on another member's meeting (paid member). the hot granted me permission to record the meeting. I chose the option to record to my device since im a free member. Near the end of the meeting, i got off the zoom a few minutes before the host did. However, the host said that as soon as i got off the zoom meeting, that her (paid member host) recording stopped recording. Is that whats supposed to happen? Just because I stop recording or leave the zoom meeting, then the host, who is also recording, will have their recording stopped automatically??

Hi, I am running a MacBook Pro on Sonoma 14.6.1I have gone to the Download Centre and downloaded the standard Zoom meetings app which all installed fine. Next, I went to the Launchpad and clicked on the Zoom app, but I get a pop up message reading as follows:-"You can't open the application "zoom.us" because this application is not supported on this Mac". So if it is not supported, why did it download with no error messages !!?? please advise

Hey friends! I just did a local recording for a zoom interview. I ended the meeting it said it was converting. I went to the Zoom folder, and it said "out of space." I looked in the folder, and the audio mp4 looks like it was recorded, but the video and record.conf file says "error." I am in shock because I have a ton of space on my hard drive. This is a paid Zoom account. I don't know what to do and could use any advice. I went to the chat support bot and it was not helpful. Any support would be appreciated. Thanks

I just started working in my church office and our Zoom meetings stopped being saved onto our FB Timeline.  The last successful day was SUN, 3/23/2025. The next weekend it did not connect at all; the progress bar never progressed. On 4/06, exactly 17 sec of the Zoom meeting was saved to FB.  I can stream a Zoom meeting to FB, and it shows on my local computer that the single screen for the livestream is updating live. But the livestream does not save onto my FB timeline. It only livestreams, but does not save.  I have gone back to all the settings on Zoom that I know of to double-check and it all looks fine here. Reinstalled the latest version of Zoom. We've already missed 2 wonderful worship services. Please help us get back on track. Thanks in advance.--Steven

After update version 5.17.0 (27246)My video now has a blue tint. I'm using an iMac, (AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB - 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9 and 14.1.2 (23B92)) with  Canon M50 with a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro... When I use built in camera it seems fine.. I can't seem to isolate where the issue is. I do know it stated after update to 5.17.

Hi all. When I view my recordings, my webcam video (usually in top RH corner) tends to cover important parts of the screen. See attached pic. I don't want to turn off the webcam for the recording. How do I position it better so it doesn't cover parts of the screen in the recording? Many thanks.

When recording a meeting of the Board for the Secretary, is there a way to add to the recording the list of all attendees? So the Secretary will know who was in attendance.Thanks, Steve

Hi Zoom, My Zoom dashboard does not have the avatar option. Presently, my Zoom software is on 5.12.2 (11434) while my Mac is on macOS Version 11.6.1 (2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 with 16GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X on Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB). Regards to my settings, I've enabled and locked the "avatar" option. Unfortunately, the "avatar" option still does not appear on my "start video" or "choose virtual background" or "choose video filter" option. I've also tried using Zoom on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that's running on iOS version 16.0 (20A362) and same issue - no avatar option. Please help. Thanks!

i keep trying to register in a recording but i keeps refreshing to the same page instead how do i overcome this, its quite imp im missing my college lecture!

We often have 2 or more people sharing one email address.  This means that they get to case a SINGLE vote on polls. Is there any way to allow or assign more than one vote in a polling response from a particular email? As we understand it, polls means ONE vote per distinct email attendee? Related to this would be:  can polling handle the idea of proxy voting on one email?

In Windows 11 the "Windows Settings - Sound" is insufficient to enable external, or USB wireless microphones.  The settings in the Control Panel are needed, and with revisions now only found entering "Control Panel" in the home screen bottom search bar.  In sound there, in the selected input device's menu, Properties of device can be selected and show a menu with "Listen" top tab, within which the "Listen to This Device" option to select shown, click to enable input in applications.

I am an application developer. I do remote support, training, and configuration for clients using the Sierra Chart trading platform. Screen sharing with Remote Control is the number one reason I use Zoom, however it only works some of the time. I can control Windows, and other windows applications, but if the application is SierraChart_64.exe, I often can move the mouse but not click or type if in the app.  I have seen times where it works if the user is already running the app when I connect. However, once the app is restarted, the remote control is lost. Sometimes, ending remote control from my end and requesting it helps, other times it does not.  Is there something I need to do, or the client, when this happens? Is it a version issue? How do we check and update before or during the call? Or is it a bug, that doesn't get addressed, because of the few people it impacts? I have found a backup solution (Anyviewe
