I accepted an invite for an interview at 7am on 4/3, but as soon as I click "accept" in Outlook for Mac – the meeting lands at a completely different date and time 2am on 3/30. I tried going into my deleted items folder and accepting the invite for the correct time once again, but it continues to show incorrectly. This is extremely frustrating as this is an important call for a job interview. What is going on?

I attend meetings almost every day with zoom. Thank you to Storyhub for your support.I spent three days intensively troubleshooting a critical Zoom issue where my clients couldn’t enter the waiting room, and I received no notifications in the app. After trying all the recommended settings, the root cause turned out to be something I would have never suspected: Zoom had silently unchecked the "Use my personal meeting ID (PMI)" setting in the desktop app's "New Meeting" configuration. This caused Zoom to start using a different Meeting ID instead of my real PMI , even though my account still showed the correct PMI on the web. As a result, my clients were joining a non-existent or mismatched meeting space—and I couldn’t see them or get notified. The issue was not caused by anything I manually changed, and there was no notification from Zoom that this setting had been altered. Once I re-checked “Use my personal meeting ID (PMI),” everything went back to normal: clients could enter the waiting room again, a

If I start a Meeting from the iMac and share a document all other members can see my annotations and add their own and the record of these edits remains.  If I host a Meeting from my iPad or iPhone and share a document I can annotate from that device and the marks remain. I can annotate from either of the other devices and the edits remain on the host's document but disappear after 5 seconds on the screen of the device making the annotation.  Collaboration is impossible. I've checked Meeting settings on the Web portal and annotations are enabled for everyone. I'd really appreciate some fast help on this. I fly to Britain tomorrow. My wife will have the iMac in Japan. We plan to hold ZOOM classes for students and sorting this out would make sharing the work much easier. Thank you.

I underatand how mirroring the front facing camera for selfie mode so it looks more like what you would aee in the mirror.  But when i change the camera to the main camera on the back of the phone.  It stays mirrored.  This is not a natural or even desired. Why is the mirroring also applied to the main camera???  It makes no sense. I feel that this is a valid BUG in the code of zoom app. The mirror ahould not applt to both cameras, only the front facing.If the main camera also needs to invert, then there should be a separate setting that is not defaulted to mirror. 

Hi, I am implementing a web app. I have a developer account. Added an server to server OAuth application in the zoom developer portal. I read some documentation but I couldn't figure it out how to embed zoom meeting in my web application. Can you please guide me? Thanks in advance. 

Hello, I've been using Zoom for a couple of years now conducting meetings with up to a few hundred participants.  The presentation always includes the sharing of a video.  I have always used the Share Sound and Optimize for video settings.  A few days ago, while doing the AV check in preparation for the meeting, I was unable to share the video.  The participants were able to hear the sound but unable to view the video.  In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have replicated the issue with a small meeting between two of my own computers, one desktop (with a hardwired ethernet connection) and an iPad (connected with WIFI).  I have also replicated the issue with two computers both of which were connected with WIFI (i.e., no hardwired connection).   The issue began with upgrade 6.4.2 and persists with 6.4.3.  I can workaround this issue by disabling the "optimize for video sharing" feature.  Any thoughts on how I may resolve this?

Several times recently I joined Zoom meetings where the person shared some short meditative songs.  I could not hear the music, although I saw the images on the screen.  Everyone else on the Zoom could hear it just fine.  And then the other day, I was hosting a Zoom and one of the attendees couldn't hear the song I screen shared.  She had been on my Zoom calls dozens of times and we've never had this happen before.  Is there a setting I need to adjust or an update I'm missing?  Help!

So let me tell you the devices I am using.Android Device - Samsung S10iPhone 11External Microphone - Wireless K8 So I bought this mic and is working as it should. When I connect it to my android and use default camera app, it starts recording audio through USB Audio and works as it should. Same goes with my iPhone. Now the problem is in Zoom Meeting Android as it is not picking up audio from the external mic while Zoom Meeting on iPhone picks up audio from the external mic as it should.Can Anyone help me with this issue? Is there a setting, or anything like?

My audio is working fine but the video is not. I get to see a pink screen when I turn on the video. In a meeting, I could not see the video of other participants (whose videos are turned on).I also see the screen shared by other participants as pink.I tried different (Bloomberg built) video conferencing platform, it worked fine, where I am able to see my video and also the participants.Versions:Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (25689)Macbook Pro 16-inch, 2023Apple M2 ProOS: Sonoma 14.3

I have had the experience many times when someone was screen sharing (say a Youtube video) and dark grey boxes block the picture.  I believe one box was the gallery of participants on the side, I have no idea what the other grey box was...  how do you get rid of these boxes so that the screen share picture is unimpaired?

There are two of us in two different countries who need full access to our Zoom meetings Pro account. But when we get a security request for a code, we are unable to comply due to security code being sent by email when we have a different email or no email client on the Zoom computer. What is the solution to this problem?

We have daily meetings in which breakout rooms are set up for members who want to stay afterwards to chat. Our settings are such that we allow participants to choose a room and return to the main session at will.Is it possible to set up a “dungeon” breakout room in addition to our normal rooms in which the participant cannot return to the main session or anywhere else? I have seen this idea advanced as a quicker way to remove disrupters than the current poky process of removing them using the Remove function? Thank you. 

Hello - for the first time ever, I was told I had to wait 10 minutes to start my meeting back up again (I use the free Zoom account). This happened after the 40 minute limit.  Did new rules go into play today for Zoom? (7/9/23)? If not, how do I avoid this?

Over the last few days, my audio goes out during meetings on my laptop.  It does it on its own.  I am not touching the keyboard at all.   I have not changed any settings.   If I close out the session and relaunch, the audio is good at first but then goes out again.  It takes less than a minute after logging on for it to occur. I cleared the cache and that didn’t help.  I reinstalled the app and that didn’t help.  My drivers are up to date and I have plenty of capacity on my laptop.  I tried different headsets.  There is no difference, and I can listen to online videos without any problem.  This also happens when I change the source from headset to computer speaker.  I don't have this problem on my other computer.  The maker of the computer with this problem checked it for any errors or settings issues, and nothing was found to be a problem.  Other software programs work f

I work with multilingual meetings where interpreters often need to temporarily address the main room — for example, to ask the speaker a question, make a clarification, or assist the host in real time.Currently, when interpreters are assigned to a language channel, their voice is not heard in the main room. To be heard, they must manually leave their interpretation channel (by selecting "Off" in the Interpretation menu), speak, and then rejoin their assigned language. While this workaround exists, it is inconvenient, disruptive, and technically confusing for many interpreters — especially in fast-paced meetings.Suggested Improvement:Please consider adding a simple toggle for interpreters that allows them to:Temporarily speak to the main room (all participants),And then return to their interpretation channel with one click or shortcut.T
