Hi,I have a problem with the video quality of the Zoom meeting I have a pro version of Zoom. In the setting, I have enabled Group HD video and still, I´m receiving/sending only 320 x 180/640 x 360 resolution.  Video quality is like from 15 years ago, not even HD. Am I doing something wrong or is this quality normal?Internet is not the problem my internet is download speed is  Mbps 100, upload speed is Mbps 78. Laptops are connected on the same network and still have the same quality. 

Problem: I set up a meeting and sent out invites.  I went to the meetings page and copies another invitation.  Discovered later that I had two links.  One went to the meeting one went to a note that the host had another meeting going.  What did I do wrong? 

 I deleted meeting and webinar from zoom but when i tried recovering the deleted meetings/webinars i could only recover meetings and on webinar recovery it shows  following error:data: {code:30001, message: 'Meeting is not found or expired'}i am using api provided by the zoom

I'm seeking help re. virtual backgrounds. I lost the backgrounds I saved when I upgraded to the latest version of Zoom. Now, when I attempt to add them using the virtual background + option, they are not downloading for some reason. Any ideas? All the settings, account info remained in tact, but I can't seem to use the virtual background option.

When I am sharing my screen, I occasionally need to pause the screen and work on things in the background. Since the new update it seems that people using iPad or iPhone to see my shared screen will see black screen when I click pause.  I need this fixed ASAP 😞 Thank you community! Zoop

Can additional participant licenses be purchased during the meeting? or do they need to be purchased in advance?

Hi, Didi here ~ I'm trying to register for the Work Transformation Summit Zoom emailed me to my work email address but it won't let me use this same actual work e-address. Very frustrating & yes, I've tried other e-addresses & no, they don't work either. Otherwise, what's the point of trying to sign up if it doesn't let you use your preferred work email?!?  Zoom can piss off too many of its users with these aggravating Catch-22 situations... If anyone has any workarounds or suggestions I'm all ears.  Thanks!

My GoPro WAS working and now i just get a black screen. I’ve uninstalled the app, re-installed and tried all i can, but no connection! HELP!

I'm looking for support on this: I normally teach using an audio interface (shows up as USB Audio CODEC). Since today, I cannot increase the input volume and thus no sound. I can move it to the right but it jumps right back. Yes I am unmuted and the interface is working fine (I see the lights signaling the music), it's just downregulated by Zoom. Installing the Zoom software updates and restarting Zoom and the macbook haven't changed anything. With all other microphones I can change the input volume and am audible. I ended up teaching with airpods and computer sound, but still would like to get the system back working...

I am using mac mini m1, using sequoia 15.4.1. zoom 6.4.6. It always tell me to allow microphone access at privacy and security. It do not show "zoom would like to access xx". I use a head phone with microphone, and do not have camera on this mac mini. I think this may cause the issue. p.sI tried using zoom on macbook air m3, and still not work. I have to use tccplus to force adding them.

On My settings, participants are allowed to join before the host, and also on our account management but all participants were not allowed unless I'm in. What am I missing here?Also, this has worked for me before and I haven't made any adjustments so I'm confused about what happened. Thanks

Does anyone know if I can add bookmarks to my Zoom meeting recording while it's happening?Oftentimes I have an hour long meeting that I'm recording in which I want to put in a bookmark saying "this is when we were discussing X". Then on playback I could jump straight to that moment. 

Solved my problem,,, someone had set up a customised waiting room message and not told me!

Hi, I have a pro membership. I always share my computer sound (music), via 'share screen' --> advanced options --> share computer sound/ audio. I haven't used zoom for one month. Now this option to share computer sound is no longer available. I have no idea why this has changed.I have removed and then re-installed the app 'zoom workplace'. I have a MacAir, Apple M1, MacOS Seqoia 14.5.1.I hope you can tell me how to fix this. thank you so much!

Our organization has several new laptops (Lenovo P1 Gen 5) with the AMD Radeon™ 780M graphics chip that are running into a BSOD when using virtual backgrounds in Zoom Workplace. This is across multiple users and computers, and all available drivers have been updated to their latest versions on all devices with no change in behavior. Our current version of Windows is 23H2, but we are upgrading soon to 24H2. Steps to reproduce (so far):Connect device to a docking station of some kind. Using the ZOOM app on my Apple Tablet with iPadOS Version 16.7.11, I cannot schedule a meeting by inviting participants with EMAIL. I can prepare the email but there is no way to SEND the email. Although there is a circle with an arrow pointing up, it is GRAYED OUT and there is no response when selecting that symbol.

Hi Team,I recorded 7 audio files during a single meeting, but only 3 are visible in the storage folder. During the session, I double-clicked one audio file to convert it, as I wanted to verify everything was working due to prior issues. After this conversion, the next 4 audio files are missing from the folder.This is the first time I’ve encountered this problem.Could you help identify where these files might be or suggest a solution to recover them?

Only the X11 -> X11 setup worked correctly for us. Zoom market’s itself as being fully compliant and accessible. I am deaf and rely on captions. I am unable to have captions without the host of a meeting allowing them or the host nominating someone else. There is no incentive for me or for other deaf people to pay for a licence as video meetings are inaccessible whether we pay or not.  I currently attend language lessons and have been since September and the tutor is struggling to understand how to enable captions. They must be a host as the lessons are two hours long.  I have neither the time or ability to talk them through what to do. I have read all of the forum posts I can find to see if I pay for an account whether that will give me the ability to have captions whether the host is capable or willing or not. It seems not. When is it going to be possible to get captions on Zoom ?  Will Zoom stop marketing itself as fully accessible until it enables captions for all users.&n
