I am having issues with a new pair of Bluetooth headphones that I am using in zoom meetings. The old one works well without any issues, it was just too old and worn down so I had to replace it. (I am using a windows 11 computer). With the new headphones, I am having issues while on call. The microphone just stops working after 2 - 3 minutes in the call, I have to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth manually for it to work again, and just gets disconnected after 2 - 3 minutes. This is a lot of hassle since I am conducting online classes, and the mic stops working in the middle of my discussion. I tried to use the same Bluetooth headphones (the replacement) on a mac and it's working fine. It only has issues on Zoom when using windows. I tried using the same headphones with other applications on windows and they are working fine. I tried the following fixes, but to no avail:(1) Unpair and pair the BT headphones, then restart the computer

We keep regularly getting emails from Zoom saying we are using 1.76 GB worth of cloud recordings, and that our account only has 1 GB of cloud storage. However, whenever I check our Zoom archive of cloud recordings, there's certainly less than 2GB total.  And the total we are allowed for this account is 5 GB? Any ideas? Also, we have a number of local recordings stored on a few different laptops, but this shouldn't contribute to our cloud storage total, right??  This is largely a repost, however, we are having the exact same issues!  We received an email stating " This is a reminder that your account is using more than the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 11." If anyone has any ideas or any similar situations/findings you can share, I'd sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!

Hi  I am on vacation in 2 weeks and I need to set ups a person to manage as host. Is this function available on zoom.Retired, disabled could use some help Thanks 

I am sure many users participate in calls in multiple languages like me.  The meetings I participate can be in Portuguese, Spanish or English in the same day.  I typically turn on the Closed Caption feature as it makes it easier to follow certain calls.  The problem is that everytime I start a meeting, I have to switch languages manually and need to find where the language is on the list menu.  My ask is that either I choose my preferable languages or have Zoom app understand the most used languages and set them on the top of the list or the bottom for quicker access.  Thank you.

Since updating to the latest version, I've noticed that background noise is no longer effectively suppressed, leading to significant distractions and poor audio quality during my calls. This feature was working correctly before the update. Has anyone had this issue?

Hi, A few weeks ago I did a presentation and the recording was great, it recorded me, my learners and the presentation in gallery view no problems. But, last week I did the same thing but when the recording downloaded it only recorded my presentation and not me or my learners. I have tried looking into this and changing anything to help but nothings working. Now every time I practice recording it only records the presentation. I need to but able to record in gallery view in a few days time and I don't know what to do. Please Help!!!

Dear Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with the Annotation feature during screen sharing. When I use the Annotate tool to draw or write on the shared screen, the other participants in the meeting cannot see my annotations. However, I can see them on my own screen.I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:Ensuring that annotation is enabled.Sharing the entire screen instead of a specific window.Checking for updates and ensuring I am using the latest version of Zoom.Verifying that annotation visibility settings are properly configured.Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I was on a meeting yesterday (Sunday, December 11th) and some popup informed me I now had animated reactions or emoticons.  Sure enough...the hands clapping were clapping...it was cool.  But, I cannot find any documentation or settings for that feature now.

Hi all,I hope you can help me solve a problem I'm having with sending scheduled meeting invites.I have 3 imap accounts configured in Outlook and one of them is configured as the default mail account.I added a new Exchange account and now zoom uses that as the default account for sending. How can I change this setting? If I manually change the sender of the invite I get a notification of non-deliveryI searched the community posts but I couldn't find the solution to my problem.Thanks to everyone can help me

Hardware/Software:Mac M1 on Sonoma 14.4.1Bose QuietComfort 700 headphonesZoom Workplace 6.0.72 Problem:I connect my headset to my computer as default sound input and output. I enter a meeting, headset works great. I leave that meeting and go to another meeting. No sound. When I run the audio tests I get activity bars for microphone input and sound output but I hear nothing on playback and no one can hear me talk.I've done various restarts and connect/disconnects, tried switching between "system" and the entry for the headset. I can't find any true pattern to when it's going to fail, but usually it works for the first meeting and fails for the second one.

Hi Zoom community,Could anyone suggest how to retrieve the duration of participants' webcam usage during a meeting? I’ve checked the Zoom API and dashboard but couldn’t find a way to access this data. Are there any alternative methods to obtain this information?Thanks in advance!

My wife uses an Apple tablet to access the internet. On a Zoom meeting that I initiate, she can't share her screen. When she clicks "share screen", Zoom brings up a "broadcast" page and starts recording. How can she share her screen?  I've tried all the "solutions" like making her host, enabling screen sharing with all participants etc.  I can share my screen (from my Windows 11 laptop), but she cannot share hers.  Tried the virtual assistant.  It was useless.  Any advice greatly appreciated.

I'm new to Zoom, and have recently learned that Zoom's built-in whiteboard won't work with the multi-page PDFs I use while teaching (support has confirmed this limitation).  So I try the Miro and Mural integrations, but those don't allow for proper touchpad controls (zooming in/out, specifically), making them too inconvenient for my clients. It's all adding up to a deal-breaker for me.  Has anyone out there found ways around these limitations?

Hello, during an online class I could hardly hear one participant. The voice was disappearing. I heard other participants very well and, oddly enough, the others could hear him, but not me. He had his contactless earphones. What should I/ he do next time so I could hear him?

Hi there!  I have a Zoom Meeting Room already that I use for tutoring sessions. I use my PC or laptop for holding these session.I am "venturing out" and attempting to hold one of my meetings from my iphone. Would someone be willing to give me the steps to accomplish this?  Initially what I would like to do is to be able to see what it will look like for my students that attend.  A trial run of sorts.  If I am on my phone hosting, can I join my own meeting from either my PC or my laptop?  Of course, I would not be the Zoom Meeting it if I were attending from another device....I really just want to see what the environment looks like.  Thanks!

Does anyone know why the Zoom share link has changed in the Android app and where the settings are to amend it? It used to have the time and date on it with the meeting name, but now it just looks like this: Click https://us04web.zoom.us/j/74713316989?pwd=bdaiKqTUb5XruPAakGL7xkMhUbwSfz.1 to start or join a scheduled Zoom meeting. Do you know how i can change it back? Hi everyone, I used to be able to keep two Zoom sessions open at the same time — one on my desktop computer and one on my laptop.But recently, whenever I log into Zoom on one device, the session on the other device gets disconnected automatically.Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know if Zoom has changed its policy or settings regarding simultaneous logins?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi I want to use calendly as a booking tool. There I can integrate zoom as well.In Zoom I connected it with my private gmail account. So that booking will be copied to my calendar.Is there a possibility to change that connection? I use wordpress titan email as my business account. I would like to use that calendar or maybe I have to change titan?The confirmation email is send from my gmail account even I am registred with my business email.I want the sender email beeing seind from my busniess account.

When users create an outlook meeting and saves it "as draft" the meeting is appearing within others zoom meetings lists. Is this a bug or is there something which we can do to stop this from happening. Office 365 with zoom calendar integration

I need meetings that require registration (so we can track who attends the meetings) BUT users always need reminding and we don't want to have to manually send out reminder emails (from the Meetings -> Meeting Name -> Registration -> View -> Resend Confirmation Email). Can we use a generic link that is good for everyone? OR can we configure Zoom to automatically send everyone their links a few minutes before the meeting start? This is a bit of a nightmare for us adminstration-wise.
