I bought the Pro Account and paid it (with Apple Pay) but I used my "normal" Account and not the Apple-ID-Account (I only have one Zoom Account). Now in the Zoom Account it only shows the Baisc Account. So what can I do? I paid the Pro Version and atm can only use the basic version. Thank you very much for your help!

Hi, I like to change the currency of my account to INR, I have current currency as USD which is not right. when I took the subscription that time, there was no Indian currency available, so I had to pay using USD. now Indian currency is available; I like to change that. Please note that auto payment will not happen as the transaction is USD-based. Please let me know when completed so that I can pay in Indian currency. Thank you

Zoom has given great service to our company while we were customers. Now we want to cancel our subscription, they're not responding to our emails. Anyone else going through this sort of thing?

Has anyone elses auto provisioning between Entra and Zoom stopped working? When clicking on authorize on the Entra Side for provisioning, I am presented with a box to log into Zoom as admin. I do, and approve the application, but then the web pop up redirects to a https://portal.azure.com/webtoken=NUMBERSNUMBERSNUMBERS and just stays blank. Then I receive an email from Zoom that the app was authorized but still unable to Test. On the Entra Test side I receive the following error:Testing connection to Zoom You appear to have entered invalid credentials. Since November of 2023, we have been trying to cancel our account with Zoom.  We were told we missed our deadline and had to wait until 2024.  In October of 2024, we started contacting Zoom letting them know we wanted to cancel our account and to port out our VOIP numbers.   It took 2 months of them trying to keep us on account before they sent a termination contract.   It is now May of 2025 and they still are charging us for phone service and will not assist in porting out our numbers.   I have had multiple tickets created that get no resolve.   Chat agents just end the chat.   I highly recommend anyone reading this to use ANY other service.

Hi, for the last 1 year i was using zoom paid service, i opted for monthly service for all these time. after a break when i did renewal i contacted sales person to whom i asked for the same monthly basis service. but she generated the agreement with 12 month term contract on monthly payment option, which i have signed without noticing the term contract because nothing was discussed about the conract to me by the sales associate, and as i have signed so many times before for my renewals, i though this agreement also would be same, i believed the sales person, but for her commission she cheated me and now giving very cool response, you have signed the agreement so you need to take it up, no consideration for the customers. now when i wanted to cancel the subscription, i was informed by the team they cannot cancel the subscription, i have to take up for 12 months. but i have no requirement for another 11 months, then why should i pay... everywhere they mention you can cancel the

I purchased one license for Zoom One Pro, but now I can't assign the license for user account. When I assign a license to my account, it always pop-up window says "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." Please help thank you.

My account was managed and billed through a corporation, on 4/29 they no longer manage my account and my account was downgraded to a free account, all my seminar recordings for years are gone. If I purchase a plan, can I retrieve all my recordings? Thank you!

My apologies if this is in the incorrect thread. I have had an account for several years. I decided to enhance security with Sign in with Apple (SIWA). I signed in, logged out of all devices, and followed these instructions. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067602. They may not have been clear. On that page I observed Sign in email is the Apple relay email and the linked account shows "Apple." Should I remove the Apple relay email and enter the Hotmail account? Thanks!

Hello- I would like to switch our account to a non-profit status via tech soup. I t would be awesome to just switch our current pro account over, rather than killing this one and starting over with new logins etc. Is it possible to do that? Thank you

Our small non-profit renews every year with Techsoup to get a zoom discount. We host many online events through scheduled meetings and webinars. We have found that if we schedule a meeting for an event and then renew our membership with the discount, our link for the meeting does not function and we need to create a brand new link for the event. Is there a way to avoid doing this? This has caused confusion in the past with our registrants as well as on our end.  We prefer to schedule our events in advance and distribute the links to people as they register. 

I am REALLY struggling with getting help from Zoom. My nonprofit organization has a "Pro" account with 3 licenses. The complication probably lies in my sign in. I can sign in as our IT person through an SSO, as myself , or as our main account email.  Over the last couple of months I have (tried) to use live chat for help. Today, no matter what sign in I use, in attempting to use live chat the bot says "your account does not have access to live chat".  I have no idea what to do to try to get my support need resolved. Can anyone advise?

Is there a discount code for non profit organizations for an annual membership

I had bought one year of Pro and when I purchased it, I could not see where to put the coupon code I had from Tech Soup and so I was told by Zoom Support to wait until the whole year subscription was ended and then I will be able to use the coupon code upon renewal. I believed them and tried but the coupon code appears as not applicable. I need to renew my subscription ASAP since I have a recording that will be deleted in a couple of weeks if I do not renew it. 

Hello, we are a charity with a Zoom account in the UK and have found out that we could apply for a discount to the plan via Charity Digital (this is called TechSoup in the US).  Our plan will renew on 28/10. I want to check whether we need to 1. cancel our existing account and then set up a new one to use the discount codeOR2. Apply for the coupon via Charity Digital and apply it to our existing plan before it renews.

The ATXPC Foundation is a non-profit company representing the needs of myself and thousands of other patients who suffer from this rare disease. The ATXPC Foundation intends to use zoom in order to host gatherings with other patients so that we can set an agenda to advocate for better care for ourselves ASAP, as well as to gather with others who can relate to this otherwise lonely experience of suffering. The medical community will not act on its own to help us, and we can't help ourselves without collective action.Do you give discounts to non-profits of this sort?Please let me know ASAP.
