SSO won't continue after entering a Domain. Hello,
Our team recently came across an odd issue when trying to have new clients sign into their Zoom accounts. We use Single-Sign-On for everyone. Our issue is that a few users are not able to continue after entering our domain "abcdefghi.zoom.us." When the user tries to click continue, nothing happens and there is no link coming up from their browser to let the sign in go through. Any reasons for this?
- All clients use Win 10, 11th gen Intel i7.
- Our users are all on version 5.12 or 5.13. We tried new installs for both versions (no luck)
- No Networking issues are present for any other application.
- The users are able to sign in online to zoom.us and use zoom that way with no issue. (but it is not ideal).
