Account has disappeared

my account has completely disappeared.  password doesn't work and the forgot password tells me to set up a new account.  I was just billed on the 25th!  anyone know how i can get in touch with someone?  the phone number hangs up on me after going through the menu.  VERY FRUSTRATING!
