Issue with billing when attempting to add an additional license to a Zoom Pro annual account
It appears that there may be an issue with billing when attempting to add an additional license to a Zoom Pro annual account. I have already paid for one license as part of the annual plan, which is valid until August 2023. However, when attempting to add another license to the existing account, we are being billed for two licenses instead of one.
The expectation is that the charges should only apply to the additional license and not the original license that was already paid for as part of the annual plan.
