Canceled zoom
Our school subscribed to annual zoom in 2022 due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. In 2023, our school will no longer subscribe because we are learning in class, without using zoom.
However, our school is late in canceling our 2-day annual zoom subscription, so we are still billed for payment for the next year's zoom subscription.
How do we cancel the bill because the zoom is no longer used?
We don't have the funds to pay the bill.
