Hi, I get the above every month... I am on a Direct Debit... what actually is it asking me to do??
I don't take any action, they still bill me, my account doesn't close, my recordings don't get deleted.
If i click in the email is gives me the prompt below??
What is it telling me pls? Does anyone know...? Apparently I don't pay for any support directly from Zoom, even for billing.... that's pretty poor service.... I get Teams for free with my 365 Contract...
