I can't log in to my normal e-mail adress and I don't know why. I changed now in the settings to another mail adress but I have to submit in my old account, what doesn't work. What Can I do?

i cannot access my own account because somehow one of the users I listed has now become the account holder.  i cannot make changes to my profile or my billing or any thing to do with an account. i cannot cancel my subscription,. i cannot log on. AND the 'new' account holder also cannot access any part of the account.  this is a mess. i need this account NOW

I'd like to add more users to my account and set-up 2-factor authentication.But my account says "To add licensed users to your account, please purchase more licenses."Can someone confirm how many users I can have with that account and how much it would cost to add more?I need around 25 usersThanks

i have assigned a credit card for automatic payment and now many invoices came mentioning payment and non payment. I.want to talk with an indian representative

How do I know my actual renewal date? I got an email stating it’s due & yet I went to pay it & it states no invoices. It shows I renewed did in September.

I have had an annual subscription to Zoom One Pro for several years, and recently downloaded and installed the current version of Zoom, but now cannot schedule meetings for more than 45 minutes.  What gives?  Is it possible I downloaded the Zoom BASIC version?  After installing the current version, I even "Upgraded to Zoom One Pro" (again).  Still limited to only 45 minute sessions.  Suggestions welcomed!

I have a paid Zoom account which was set up with an old email address which is no longer in use. I am unable to access it as it wants to now send a code to my email address after I have entered my log in details.The email address does not exist which means I can not get the code.How am I able to access my Zoom account?I desperately need it for my business.I have the password and email address to log on but with the code it wants to send me I am not able to do so.  Thanks

I recd a mail from ***********. asking to log into a platform https://www.zoominfo.com/ re Personal Information Notices. Is this a scam as I cannot login?Contacting their help desk they cannot find a zoom account linked to my email address, even though they sent me a mail to that same address.

Good evening. We used to have two licences but sind March 1st have upgraded to three licences and were charged for the third licence. The third licence also appears on our account under users but, when I try to schedule meetings under this 3rd licence it is NOT available. I have already sent 4-5 tickets from my Zoom site. What else can be done, as I need to schedule several meetings urgently

Dear Team, I have subscribed for Subject free trail and payment was supposed to debit next month. I just want to confirm why payment debited today?

I am locked out of my own meeting! I am the secretary for a 12 step group, that meets 7 days a week, Its not my account, but I am a trusted security key holder, so I went in to open the meeting which starts in 5 min, lost my internet, it came back on, tried getting back in, but I already enabled the waiting room. What can I do to get in????? I have tried contacting the account holder to no avail. I know her personally. Please help. I do have the security key
