business e-mail - how to edit this section

"Linked Accounts E-mail służbowy" (that means Business E-mail) - where/how:
1. can I see details
2. edit
mentioned business e-mail in settings?
So far I can see my personal e-mail using for login, but business is not displayed in settings. Please, find attached screen.
