Hello. I have a problem with my Account and I recognize now, that i have two accounts, which i need only one accoiunt. How can i clarify this situation, because for one account I am paying mothly, but for the second account, i do not need this account, but still a bill is be sended to me. thanks
I have a company account with 20 licenses. I asked my reseller to renew my 20 user Zoom license as usual however they just advised me that they have had a "falling out" with Zoom and said they no longer will be dealing with Zoom. The issue is, my account is linked to this reseller in Zoom (I don't have the option in my Zoom account to pay by credit card, when I try to buy a license anywhere it says "contact your reseller ***********". How do I change my account from a reseller to credit card? I tried contacting Zoom support yesterday but they haven't responded. 😞
Can someone help me to change the e-mail adress for my wrong registered pro account? I can't login with the account I created with wrong e-mail adress, money has been taken from my bank account but I can't access the account. I always get promoted for verification code that are sent to the non existing e-mail adress.
I am having difficulty changing the "payment method" in "Billing Information" to an annual automatic payment from my "ACH." The only payment options I can choose from are Credit Card, Pay Pal, and Google Pay. The "Edit" option is not there. Also, I just signed up and am using the free basic account, but I want to upgrade to zoom pro. Has anyone resolved this? I tried contacting customer service.
About a month ago, as far as I was aware, I cancelled my Zoom Pro account because the reason I needed it had ended and also, I am now unemployed and need to manage my expenses VERY carefully. Today I received notice that I have been billed the full amount for one more year. The email is not one I can respond to - how do I reach someone to close the account and reverse the payment?

i cancelled my subscription but i was still charged £22.12. I’m certain that this was scheduled to be cancelled on May 26, 2023. I don’t want zoom anymore and i want this amount refunded and my account downgraded to the free version or closed.

I have the same issue as another person from yesterday. I attempted to start a meeting this morning, and was told I needed my IT person to update my account. I paid an annual subscription in March, so payment shouldn't be the issue. I tried to follow the chat instructions to update. However, I was told to click on my profile picture, and a pop up list would appear, one item of which is updating. That pop up list does not appear.

i have had a paid premium account for a while but now want to go back to the basic free account, can't make that happen. my paid membership is through the 9th of june and i can't even set up a meeting for this week!
I want to have more than 100 people at a meeting but I am on the 149/ year plan. I don't want to buy 10 licenses for just me. Is there a work around for this?
I have a paid subscription to Zoom and somehow cannot get in to my account today. It does not recognize my email address. When I go to Support it asked for 10 digit Zoom meeting number (which I have) But, I do not have the 6 digit profile # and can't sign in to find it out....How do I proceed?
I received an unauthorized billing amount of USD 157.42 from zoom today, 31 May 2023. I never authorized any payment and name on card is different yet the card transaction can go through. I hope someone can get back to me here please

It would be helpful, from an administrator's standpoint, to be able to see what type of MFA a user account is setup to use when connecting to Zoom. This would allow the admin/support person to walk the user through the proper MFA procedure after resetting their MFA, if that was necessary. As it currently is, there is an indication that they have MFA setup, but not what type. This would also help if an organization wanted to standardize on what MFA type they wanted their staff to use.

Hello there i had zoom pro subscription around 2 years. Last year i didnt renew my subscription and expired. I had lots of cloud recordings. I received an email 1 month ago telling that if i dont renew my subscription all my data will be deleted in 10 days. If i renew my subscription now can i access my recording? Is there any way ro access my old cloud recordings?
