I accidentally enabled AI assistance for my meeting tonight. I just received an email with a summary of the meeting. INCREDIBLE! Spot on perfect and so helpful in drafting meeting minutes. It even spelled my name right. I'm so impressed. Thank you Zoom! This is a great tool for my business.

Hello Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with my primary Zoom account. When I try to log in, I am redirected to an "Education Data Collection" form, asking for organization information. My account was intended for personal use, so I believe it may have been mistakenly set up as an education or business account.Since I cannot access my account to adjust these settings or contact support, I am reaching out through a secondary Zoom account. Could you please assist in resetting my primary account to a personal account, or help me bypass the Education form?

Hi, guys. My SSO Zoom account has been deactivated with no valid reason given. I teach a college class on Zoom and cannot use my school email account. I have sent an appeal once and received the following message:Your appeal has been rejected after careful review and consideration. As described in Zoom’sTerms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Guidelines, violations may carry penalties, including permanent suspension of a user’s account.Thank you for choosing Zoom. Zoom Trust & Safety Team I did not violate any standards, and no reason for the appeal being denied has been given. I have appealed again but have not yet heard back. Again I have never used this account and I never received a notice that it had been deactivated. I tried to contact my admin, but he has no idea why either. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!Steve

Got this real weird issue recently, where my friend is using a google pixel mobile and whenever he's trying to login via SSO in Zoom Workplace, it gets stuck at prompt stating "Continue". Neither he's able to click on "I dont know the company domain" nor does he able to click on continue.   I have seen that this might be default browser issue as per previous threads but I have checked that the deault browser was Google Chrome only. What might be the troubleshooting over here. Please help

Can i have a business plan if i am the only host ? 

We host some calls given by companies outside our membership roster. Some members would prefer we not share their contact information with the Host. Is there a way for attendees to register for a call but opt-out or opt-in in allowing their contact information to be shared? I've seen the article on Changing your name when logging in but I don't know if that also restricts all sharing of your data. Much appreciated, Eric

How do I update my Zoom settings now that I have upgraded from Workplace Pro Monthly to Business Premium?

MY computer refuses to recognize my password while my i-pad and i-phone get me connected with no problem?

Hi. If I purchase a pro account from India, paying in INR; can this pro account be used by my colleagues who are in the US and Jordan ? (We share a business) Or do they have to buy another Pro account by paying in dollars? 

Hello, I recently set up SSO in Entra and the Zoom Admin portal. I followed the instructions provided by both Zoom and Microsoft (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064121 and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/zoom-tutorial). I got every piece of required information set up, such as the vanity URL, the certificate, the sign-in and sign-out URLs, IDP Entity ID, changed the binding to HTTP-Redirect, and so on. However, when any user tries logging in via SSO, they get an generic error saying something went wrong. When I look at the SAML response logs, I get the following information: Error Code: 1020Error Message: The user is not an SSO user and has been blocked for SSO login by the "Prior to Sign-in" option, please manually import the SSO user. I should note that I also set up the "Provision User" setting to "Prior to Sign-In". We've already set up all of our users in Zoom using their emails. I used one

Hello the matters at hand here are so complex, for many reasons, that I cannot figure out how to set up both a residential and business ZOOM account, primarily being ZOOM phone, email, fax, and SMS.  Your chat agent in support promised me new hardware at no charge because he said this was part of your nonprofit policies and proceeded to tell me that you have a specific program that pays all of a nonprofits account.  He said your giving fund/agent was called ZOOM CARES.  Which is true at least in part because you have a big portion on your corporate website dedicated to your giving efforts all over the world.  Which as a nonprofit CEO, I that alone is totally awesome, thank you.  Anyway, my start up of services still has not come together now for over 6 months.  You were to have sent me free hardware/phones, etc… 3 months ago and still, to date, nothing.  Furthermore still no phone services.  My point being here is that I need a community expert t

The email I used to sign in to my zoom pro account has been deleted and I cannot find a way to change it as the new email has to be verified by the old one. I can still sign with my old one, but it's only a matter of time before I hit a problem. Have tried to enter a support ticket but heard nothing back because, surprise, surprise, it goes to the old email which no longer exists. And I probably won't hear anything back from this because, surprise, surprise, it will go to my old email!

Hi!   I'm completely new to zoom and I'm trying to set up Zoom Phone. There are still a few things confusing to me.The call that I'm trying to make is from the Netherlands to the United States. So I do not have a US phone number only Dutch.I got the unlimited US/Canada plan.   In "Phone System Management" -> "Users & Rooms" I Assigned myself the  US/CA Unlimited package. However, I am not able to assign any phone number. I added my dutch mobile phone number to my profile under "Personal".  But I cannot change the Direct Number at all in that section. Does Zoom create/generate a phone number for me? A US number? Or how does this work?I know something is wrong because when I go to my zoom desktop app and I try to call a US number I get:"Sorry we cannot complete your call your service plan does not support calling to this destination" I already checked "Billing" under "Account Management" and both the US and the Netherlands have been selected.Again, I'm 100

I have an issue where im trying to create a group to allow admins to download Zoom Recordings and block everyone else. I blocked cloud recording on the Everyone group and locked the setting. I created a separate group to allow recording downloads and added admins to this new group. I removed the admins from the Everyone group. Yet i still cannot have admins download recordings. As soon as i enable the policy on the everyone group, admins can download again. Regular users i put into my recording downloads group CAN download recordings. I am not sure what is going on but admins seem to ONLY adhere to policies applied to the Everyone group, even though they arent members. Admin accounts do NOT have a Zoom Workspace license, if that maybe the cause. I tried assigning a license and testing downloads but no change.
