Issue with Zoom Pro Subscription Cancellation

Hello Zoom Community,

I need help understanding a recent issue with our Zoom Pro subscription. We subscribed to Zoom Pro in December 2024, and our plan was supposed to last for one full year, ending in December 2025. However, we noticed that the status was marked as "Cancelled" on January 17, 2025, despite the subscription being active until December 2025.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or can offer insight into why this might have happened? We're hoping to resolve this and understand if it was a mistake or if there's something on our account that needs attention.

The same here. Zoom is stealing my money and send me to a bot loop info. No option to get somebody on the phone, options proposed lead to a not functional loop again. It is robbery.
