I don't use Zoom for all 12 months. I am a month to month subscriber who has an account that stores the recordings. Is there a way to PAUSE the membership vs cancel still keeping the recordings for when I return?

Hi, please help. I have two Pro active accounts, but I cannot share or assign the other account to another user, it says I don't have available license even though I am using only 1 account. Before, I can freely add and remove users to my accounts until today.             

Hello, I participate in a regular Zoom meeting hosted by a friend.  My friend pays for the account, but she wishes to discontinue the meeting.  I would like to continue the meeting and assume payment for the account.  Is there a way for my friend to transfer "ownership" of the account and payment for it to me, so that we don't have to disconnect the meeting and start over with a new link?  A number of other people are dependent on this meeting and I would like to find the least disruptive way possible toward this transition.

Hello, I would like to ask if the email alerts regarding cloud recording capacity can be delivered also to Admin Roles. If not, can you please advise if I can add more users as Account Owners, so they can monitor also the email alerts?

Why is my meeting ending after 40 minutes and there’s only me (host) and 1 participant? I thought it would end if there’s more than 2 participants.

I have the Pro Plan that is billed yearly. It shows the amount due as $149 but my invoice says $172 and i cant seem to find out why or how to change it. Why is the price different?

Frustrating -- trying to reactivate my Pro account using a link - it brings a coupon code for 40% off Zoom Pro.  At checkout, it says coupon code isn't compatible with billing cycle but I cannot fix it.  Cannot access support because I have the free plan now, but trying to upgrade!!   Coupon Code. Hello When I try to connect on zoom with an other computer, it is said that I need a code but I don't receive any mail on my email?  I have checked the spams. An idea? Thanks Karine

So last year I paid $1,400 for a webinar 500 attendee package.   During the year I received a 'free upgrade' to 1000 attendees.  I don't need it, but fine.   When I auto-renewed I noticed it renewed for $1,400 for 1000 attendees.  Then I looked at the current price list, and I see that zoom has dropped the price of the 500 attendee webinar package from $1,400 to $690.   So now, I'm one day into a new contract period (but haven't actually paid yet, because the auto-renewal credit card changed).  Typically I find Zoom to be a great product, but it seems they have little interest in talking with customers.  Should I try to email support/sales and ask them to downgrade me to 500 attendee plan and save me $710?  Or will they just say "sorry, you're already renewed, we can't downgrade you until next year."  It would be hassle to actually cancel my account and create a new one, since we have webinar templates, etc. saved.   If I use the websit

As the Chairman, I took the subscription out on behalf of the charity LARS (Loud Applause Rising Stars), a voluntary organisation which supports young up and coming singers.  It came as a shock to us when an  automatic renewal of £143.88 was taken out on the 20th November 2022.  Basically, the charity does not have funds to pay this amount.  We were waiting for a reminder but on reading he small print it would not be sent out and it solely relied on us to remember the date.  Could you please consider reimbursing the subscription we have just paid .  If this is not possible it leaves us with a big dilemma of who to pay.  Also can you please confirm how long we out the subscription for initially.  Regards  Cerith Owens

My zoom one pro is expired today 29 Nov. Yesterday i tried to renew, but i didn't see the invoice for payment , it only show pending (status), i wondering is it it will auto renew as last year i paid by credit card. Thanks

The past two years I was able to buy a 1 month package with Zoom but I don't see that option anymore? I have the basic package but afraid some of my meetings will go over 40 mins. That is why I liked the 1 month option but not sure if that is available. Any help?

Payment is declining for purchase of large meeting for 1000 persons, how to make the payment from India as RBI issued new guidelines so card payment is declining.

My last monthly subscription payment cannot be processed due to credit card problem, so I changed the credit card and changed the  subscription to annual plan. I paid the new annual plan and it's completed. However, in my invoice history, there is button for me to pay  the old monthly invoice, the one that have problem about credit card (as attached in the image) So, I wonder ... should I pay for that old monthly invoice? or should I ignore it since the new annual subscription is active?

If you could give me some advice on how to proceed with the following requirements, I would greatly appreciate it:An online tutor will teach a group of up to 12 students using Zoom.Lessons last about an hour each.The assignment takes 12 hours, one hour a day, over three weeks.Five tutors will teach different groups (details above)Zoom Basic is used by both tutors and students.There will be a need for Screen Sharing, Breakout Rooms, Team Chat, and Whiteboarding for tutors.I will upgrade to Zoom PRO.Questions:1. For each tutor, do I need to purchase a PRO license?2. Also, does Zoom PRO need to be purchased by each participant (student)?3.Even in a "Breakout Room", tutors should speak with students. Could that be done?4. Can I cancel a tutor's license after they complete their assignment after three weeks, and ask for it again if and when needed?
