Zoom AI Companion - issues

Hello! I am super satisfied with work of an AI Companion BUT, only if it works... I just had several situation with AI Companion just didn't work even if I have him turned on manually and I have an option to automatically be turned on on every meeting. Please advise me when this issue will be solved because I am working with my clients and I NEED to have the summaries to bring them value.

 

Right now I am considering to change the meeting software to Google Meet (because for me it's free) and buy an external notetaker.

 

HELP! 🙂

Make sure the meeting host has turned on the AI Companion summarization feature.

Yes, it is done from the begining. Still - it is not automatically activated on every call. Sometimes I just don't get the summary and it is not available also on the summaries in the zoom site. That is why it is so frustrating

just happened to me today. can't be trusted to record is all I can find about this issue so why use their AI Companion if inconsistent?
