Until yesterday, we had the option to download the raw transcripts from Zoom calls. Today, it has disappeared. Was it removed or moved to a different location?

Some sound when sharing like vocals but not music

When I am sharing in Zoom Workplace and I as using a U-tube clip. The audiance only hears the person talking and not any music in the beginnng or end of the clip.
