Camera not showing on Zoom

My laptop camera works fine, Before a recent invite to a zoom meeting, I tested the camera successfully as well as the video. However, when the host opened the meeting, my mic worked fine but no camera picture of me. I clicked the icon at the bottom on and off, toggled the small switch at the very top of the computer…, no luck. Had to ask for a reschedule. Embarrassing. May have lost a job. Checked app access in settings. OK
