AI Not taker

For Admins (Account or Group Level)

1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal as an admin.
2. Go to Account Management → Account Settings.
3. Click the AI Companion tab (or search for "My Notes").
4. Find "My Notes" and toggle it off.
5. (Optional) Click the lock icon to prevent users from re-enabling it on their own.

To disable for specific groups only: Go to User Management → Groups → [Group Name] → Settings → AI Companion and toggle off My Notes there.

For Individual Users

1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click the AI Companion tab.
4. Find "My Notes" and toggle it off.
