Hello All. We use Zoom Webinar for our training events.  I do recordings the same way each time.  The recording window is maximized when I start the recordings and stays maximized all the way through.  When I open the recordings later sometimes the windows are maximized and sometimes the widows are smaller. Has anyone dealt with this issue and if so how did you resolve it?  Also for the smaller screen recordings is there a way to make those maximized without reducing the quality of the video? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi! I know this is something that can be done on zoom webinar but I wanted to see if there is any way I can download the sessions on Zoom events and edit them together. I am aware that there is an edit feature on zoom events but the download would be helpful to be able to place on our website.  Thanks! Kat 

I "attended" a Zoom seminar on my iPhone for work that was 4 hours long.  I didn't use the Zoom ap on my I just used the link from my email.  Now they are saying I was only active for 12 minutes, is there a way to view on my phone,  how long my phone was connected for the meeting?  Thanks in advance for your help.

In Zoom webinar, there is a setting avaiable to choose a slected set of emojis. That also includes laughing emoji.  Since there is no facility to see who is using the emoji in webinar setup so some people misuse that emoji.  The effectiveness of a webinar reduces because of that.   Other selected emojis are good to be there as even if someone uses them excessively it doesn't create wrong impression.  So I strongly suggest that either that laughing emoji is removed from the selected set of emojis or some other provision is given. 

One of my clients is having a problem connecting his Zoom account to Eventbrite.We keep getting an error message saying "We are having trouble connecting, please try again".Anyone else come across this issue? Maybe this is a tech glitch with Eventbrite or Zoom but it's been going on since yesterday, so not sure what's going on.

I am currently working on a Zoom webhook integration. While I am able to successfully receive webinar.started and webinar.ended events in my Ngrok setup, I am not receiving any real-time chat messages.I have configured the webhook to include the following events:webinar.chat.receivedmeeting.chat.receivedall_chat_messages (or related chat events)Despite this, messages sent in the webinar chat do not appear in Ngrok.I would like guidance on:Whether I am missing any specific event configuration to capture real-time webinar chat messages.If there is an alternative method to receive real-time chat data for webinars.Any common pitfalls that might prevent chat events from being delivered to my webhook endpoint.This is critical for my application as I need to process chat messages in real time during the webinar.

We are using Zoom Events for our upcoming hybrid multi-day conference. Within that Conference we will have our AGM. Our attendees for the Conference have registered and paid to attend via a different platform - not Zoom Events.Most of our attendees will be in person. But we will have a few attending the online version of the Conference.  However, for the AGM session, we want to open it up to all of our members, including those who have not registered for the rest of the Conference. We only want them to access that particular session via Zoom online.  How can we share them the link for that session, without giving them free access to the rest of the Conference that others have paid for?

Hi, We have a Licensed zoom actn and are trying to integrate it with Learnupon for Webinars. The articles are not helpful and i am not able to reach their support, just the Ai which isnt helpful. Any help is deeply appreciated as I have less than 7 days to send the invites out. 

Hello — We use Zoom webinars on a regular basis. My boss is typically the one who hosts the webinars and has the webinar license in his Zoom account. I am the one who typically sets up and manages the webinar in his Zoom account. However, this is turning into an issue with me having to access his account (especially with 2 factor authentication).What are best practices here? Should I move the Zoom license to my account and add him as a co-host (I typically join the webinars in the background as a co-host/panelist with my video & audio off)? As far as I can tell, the only downside is that he would not be able to start the practice session and I would just need to do that.

We have a webinar scheduled for 1PM ET US, accommodating the panelists' and hosts' time zone. However, when end users add the webinar to their calendar from the Zoom Reminder, it adds to their calendar at 1PM their local time, instead of adjusting for time zone (ie, when a PT attendee adds to their calendar, it is showing the webinar at 1PM PT rather than 10AM, which is 1PM ET). Can this be addressed from our side, or is it a bug?

I set a Zoom Webinar registration form and added a few custom questions, all of which are set as "required". I see the questions when I test the form, but the responses (or fields) are not all present when I run the registration report. How do I fix this? 

My company is transitioning from On24 to Zoom Events. One of the features we utilized was the ability to forward all questions submitted in a webinar to an email account. That email account was integrated with Salesforce, which would automatically create a new opportunity in our CRM. Is there a similar type of workflow that we can implement with Zoom Events, specifically SimuLive Sessions Q&As, that can achieve the same or similar results?

Hi AllWe experience some issue with sync to salesforce for zoom webinars. We have install zoom for lightning, and do experience different pattern for the webinars created. Attendee - attended the webinar are not always sync to salesforce. We have tried to get in touch with zoom for help, but without any luck. Have anyone experience the same and how did you overcome the issue?any input would be helpfull - Thanks in advance

I m just upgrade my Monitor. Hi,I have an upcoming Webinar event where translations are needed in 15 Indian languages. I realized that Indian languages can be added only as Custom Languages and there is a limit of 5 in this category. Can anyone advise on how I can have translations availed for 15 Indian languages? 

In a webinar we could share the image of video, but there was no option to share video audioHow can we do it???Was it an error from ZOOM?

Hi,I regularly receive webinar confirmations or updates that I did not request. So I spend my time unsubscribing. In the past, it was possible to indicate that a subscription was unwanted, but that option seems to have disappeared. The only solution I see now is to block all emails from Zoom.Would someone have a less drastic alternative to suggest?Thank you,Nicolas

Hello, How do I contact Zoom to inquire about inaccurate reporting data for Webinars? For example, I know 20+ people registered to attend my webinar, but Zoom is showing only 14 registrants when I export the list. This has been an ongoing issue, and I don't know why Reports is not showing accurate data in real time.

Hey Zoomers, this could be massive: For those of you NOT familiar, "Silent Disco" is where a DJ has a limited number of headphones connected to their DJ gear, usually 30-ish people. The DJ gives out the headhones, nobody else can hear.I want to do this on Zoom, and tried today, but it did not work. Anyone with their phone can log in using a QR code, and use their own headphones to listen.Has anyone tried it? And what settings did you use? Please and thank you,DJ Crispy Matters

Hello there, i have a question about spotlighting speaker through 2 different zoom. It's kinda confusing for me to say, since i'm not really fluent in english.  I'll have to host a competition in a zoom meetings, which i use 2 different zoom meeting (1000 participants meeting and 500 participants meeting). Is there any way for the meeting consists 1000 participants can have the same screen shown of the speaker with the 500 participants without making the speaker to join those 2 different zoom meeting, which the speaker only joins the 1000 participants meeting? I hope my question can be understandable, Thank You. 

Usually when I assign myself (an admin account) as an alternative host to my org's webinars, I get a unique join link with the /s/ character for 'start.' As of this morning, when I tried to do this for multiple webinars, all I could get was a generic zoom.us/join link. I am then prompted to put in a meeting ID and then got bounced to registration.  I updated Zoom Workplace from 6.4.7 to 6.5.1 but the problem continues. I also tested with a colleagues admin account as alternative host, and they got the same generic /join link Running on Windows 11 What changed/am I doing wrong? I would upload screenshots but it says I do not have permission, so you'll just have to believe me.
