We are experiencing a very odd technical difficulty on the start of webinars over multiple accounts. Our Invited panellists (who are the main presenters in our webinars), who are all experienced Zoom users, click the link to access the webinar, are having a forced update and then are unable to get into the Zoom app on their computers or access the webinar. They can get on on a different device or through the browser using the meeting code, but this causes a very limiting issue with regard to smooth screen sharing. HAs anyone else had similar? First issue experienced on 09/11/2023 and then twice again on 14/11/2023.

I'm trying to add a zoom webinar stream to a new Facebook group, i've done this many times in the past but it's beena while. Everything is set up correctly, but when i go to stream to facebook group, there's only one group showing, which is an old group. I installed the zoom app in my new group and the zoom app posts on the group feed and I there's a button named "manage access" but when I click it, it just takes me to the main Facebook group feed here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/feed/#_=_There is no way to manage the app to allow streaming access. I've launched an 8 day bootcamp and it's really important that we fix this today.  Thanks

Hello everyone! I have an issue, my company does Webinars every Thursday and we the poll questions for it; as of Octuber it doesn´t let me put poll questions for certain Webinars I have to overwrite them because it uses the old poll questions I am frustrated because I am changing all the time the poll questions I can´t put them in advance until they are used Can someone send help me please?

We will organize a webinar for our customers in India. A while ago, India was automatically on geo-blocking list in Zoom Events. Now I can't see any countries blocked, but I still want to be sure if my clients from India can attend or not.   Many thanks for your answers in advance.    

Following the instructions while also on hold waiting for an agent.  I have turned on the Breakout Rooms at the account level, but I am unable to enable it at the User level, so she is unable to create the rooms in her webinar.

I am creating a Simulive event for broadcast later this month. I recorded a meeting in the ZOOM cloud that I want to use for the Simulive. However, the cloud recordings don't appear as options when I try adding them to my event. I've tried searching by name and the recorded meeting ID, but nothing shows up. I have attached two screenshots to show what I mean.  Any advice appreciated, thank you

During our webinars, we have members of the public join for comment.  Is there a way to capture their personal information (name and phone number) in case we need to follow up with them post meeting?  These folks are non-promoted and usually only show a nickname, shortened name, or last 4 digits of a phone number.  Is it possible to collect their information without asking them for it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just bought a Polsen Conference and Gaming Mic.  It sounds fine on all applications except zoom.  It starts to crackle after about 5 min and the more people that join the webinar, the worse it sounds.  We have tried recording on voice memo and teams and it works fine.

How can I have only one webinare number for 2 webinare ?

I want to create a webinar for participants in my research study, but it needs to be anonymous. I want it so the participants can only see the host and co-host on their screen and the participants don't see each other. Is there a zoom function where participants video box does not display on their screen and they can only see the host/co-host video box who are talking? 

I am trying to run a webinar in which I share my screen and play some pre recorded content. The issue I am having is that when the video is played, the content is blurry and illegible. However, when paused it comes into focus only to then go blurry again a couple fo seconds after resuming. I believe I have done everything I can but wondered if anyone has any possible solutions before I call it quits. Cheers

I cannot find a lot about this topic. Does the breakout feature only exist in Zoom Meetings, or is it also in Webinar?

Hi! In the past when I've recorded webinars, it's saved several types of recordings: audio, just presentation deck screen, presentation screen + speaker(s) view, just speakers view.  Unfortunately, I just hosted a webinar yesterday and it only recorded the presentation deck screen, no speakers. I was hoping to see the speakers and be able to use their part for social media clips. Does anyone know how to recover the recording of the speakers, or what I should do next time to ensure I can see their faces in the recording. Yes, I had it on speaker view. They were sharing screen and running the presentation. I was recording on my screen and they had their camera on the whole time... Thanks!

We have created the necessary vanity-URL last week and it is approved but we don't see the field for uploading a watermark image like described in this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360000921326-Hinzuf%C3%BCgen-eines-Livestreaming-Wasserzeichens My user account has admin permissions.  Any ideas?  

I have several pre-recorded videos that i plan to play on screen share during a Zoom webinar. They are about 1 hour long and file size is large, around 2GB each. Will this display ok for viewers or will the large file size cause lags or problems when streaming over the webinar screen share? Thanks!

Hi,I am trying to use zoom webinar using simulive.I have kept chat setting to everyone for attendeesbut despite that during simulive when people join it is set to host and penalist.Despite keeping it to chat with everyone why is it still set on host and penalist. due to which customers are not able to see each other's chat and it is affecting the energy of the room.attached is the screenshot of chat setting Regards,Harsh

Dear all, I'm searching for a way to have the branded / customized name tags I'm using in a webinar being displayed on the video recording.I'm recording in the cloud with all possible outputs.I'm aware of the setting "Display participants' names in the recording" but this only affects the standard name tags and not the customized ones. Is there anyone that can help with this? ThanksSebastian

Hello, We are having a webinar that does not require registration. Is there a way to customize the page attendees see when they join the webinar before the webinar starts? Specifically, the page that  says: PIease wait. The webinar will begin soon.  

At our institute, we have two different webinars that run on different accounts, with different ways to join.Next week, the two seminars will have a joint webinar.How can we stream this event with both accounts at the same time, so that participants of either seminar can log in the usual way?

My webinar session "874 7796 8478" which do have participants joined. However, there is no attendance data show in the usage report.  Unique viewers" and "Max concurrent views" show "0" while "Total users" shows "23".In the csv file, all participants showed absent.

Hello, In the past, we were always able to download a cloud recording with a 16:9 format for our webinar presentations in which the speaker was also visible. The image of the speaker was always included in the presentation. Now the speaker always has the image next to the presentation. How do we get the image of the speaker into the presentation so that the recording can also be downloaded in 16:9 format?

For tracking registrations, it'd be really helpful if we could have the confirmation page live on my site's domain. Is there a way for Zoom's registration button to lead to a confirmation page that lives on my site domain? Any other potential solutions?
