Zoom webinar? I added large meetings, but can't get webinar to reflect the additional attendees 😞

Online via the support pages it says that limitations of simulive for a zoom session is attendees cannot join from a mobile browser and it says the same thing for Zoom Events simulive, but an AE from zoom just emailed me and said mobile is supported. Can you attend simulive sessions on a mobile browser or not? Hi, what type of role does a Zoom user need to have to be able to integrate w/ Marketo? Our Marketo and Zoom webinar Launchpoint connection is failing saying, "Failed API Error: Create Zoom Webinar Registrant Failed". I read that you need admin access, and it can't be a "custom role with the permissions (users, usage, integration)"?We're trying to get a few people set up to host webinars, so would that mean that each should have admin access and a Launchpoint service?    Thank you for the help!

Hello everyone,when I hold an online webinar but I have to download the files of the attendees, the email is no longer present and thus making it difficult to record all the attendance in the systemIs it possible to get the emails somehow?

Working with a client and trying to replicate what they did last year for a setup with a different company, they're requesting a few things that we cant figure out...1. Are we able to send out personalized invites (i.e., a unique Zoom webinar link to each attendee)? I know we can have each attendee register for the webinar and then authenticate when they log in.  Is that the extent of the security?2. Is there a way to delay the Zoom webinar room information to go out until 24 hours before the webinar date? As of now it goes our immediately after registration, is there a way to withhold that information and send it out later?

I initially clicked to have our logo image shown in social media sharing.  I have since both updated the logo and unclicked showing the logo when using social media sharing sharing from the invitation but it still displays.  How do I either change it or remove it from the social media share?

During webinar registration, after filling out all the required information, It still shows this field is required. Please provide all solutions to resolve this issue.

Hi! I bougth Zoom one pro for one year for meetings with my students. But i also need zoom webinars for maksimum 100 users. I can buy Zoom webinars for 500 users. I really don t need so big room for my webinars. Why i havent got options to by smaller webinars? I feel that i am throwing money way. Looking forward for your helpAll the best!Michal

Today is my renewing date for my Zoom Pro Account and my Zoom Webinar add-on. Everything is properly setted and paied. However, for some reason (I assume that is something related to the billing process) I cannot use or buy again a Zoom Webinar. What should I do to solve that? I need to do a webinar today.

We are running a two-day event (5 hours each day) via Zoom sessions, with a 500 max attendee limit. As we've set it up as a recurring webinar, is the 500 max for the two days or for each day (so 1000 people can register) - 500 each day)? Thanks!

Hi all, I purchased a one month license for one webinar that expires on February 4th. If I purchase another webinar licence right now (not a monthly but a one time purchase), will it also expire on Feb 4th?  Or will it last the whole month? I can't find documentation to clarify. Thanks!

Regarding repeat sessions (I started a webinar, several participants joined, and by chance the internet went down or I decided to close it and restarted it, and several new and returning participants joined)- We did not see any change or update on salesforce for the attendees who entered again (returning).- There is no scheme of stay time. In fact, it neither creates another attendee nor updates, so all the information of the second login is lost to us.Is there anything to do with it?

Hi,  I held a webinar last sunday as a host. After 90 minutes my Internet broke. I tried to come back to the webinar. But it didn't work. I didn't find a link to restart the webinar. How can I get back to it? In Zoom Meeting it always works. Thanks for help Holger

I want to ask, will Zoom have an automatic language translator in the future, for example, for webinars? One that speaks in different languages the same as I speak, and at the same time provides subtitles?

Is it possible for Zoom to give users more customization features for the "description" field in when scheduling a Webinar or a Meeting? Right now I can't change the font style (bold, italics, underline) or include a formatted list. WebEx does this and my users really appreciate the customization. 

Hello!  I am trying to set up a course for attendees that will be available multiple times a day throughout the week.  For example, attendees will have options to register for a 9am, 11a, 1pm or 3pm course. Is there a way to have recurring courses throughout the day?  I only see to set up recurring for daily/weekly/monthly. If not, is there a way to give a customer access to a calendar that that has all off the available courses that they can choose from and register? Thank you for your help!Amber

Is there a way to disable the chat for only specific attendees in a webinar? We are offering large webinars with the chat function enabled for the entire webinars. However, we want to be able to restrict some attendees from being able to post in the chat, due to disrupting the chat. Keeping the chat on for attendees to be able to post in the chat is an important part of our webinars, so we don't want to turn the chat off or restrict everyone.Thank you!

In 2 weeks time, there will be an event with over 3000 people attending. We will also like to host this event on Zoom so other participants who couldn't attend the event in person join in via Zoom. Now my question is, can this be done using the normal Zoom meetings, or Zoom events or Zoom rooms. In this WWE show https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JAMF-nbmBY, we can see people on the screen watching the event during the Covid19 lockdown. I want to achieve a similar thing where people can watch online and be displayed on screen as we can see in this video I have used as an example. I need a clear answer so we get to know the setup required, run a demo before the main Dday.

I'm responsible for setting up breakout rooms for a webinar. We want particular people to be in each room. Do I first set up the breakout rooms and then assign the selected people to those rooms? 

The feature to edit/trim a recorded webinar is not working. I record webinars each week and trim them before I save them to my files.  I'm not having any luck today.  Can anyone provide some assistance? Thanks...
